Providing and fixing double steel scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building /structure, upto 12 storey height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with minimum 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre(maximum), horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features as specified in IS 3696 and & part 7 constructional practices and safety of NBC for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of GE. Note:- (1) The elevational area ( length /breath of building X height of building) of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment shall be made once time only for execution of all items each face of building /structure. (3) After completion of work all scaffolding materials shall be removed from building /structure by the contractor and the same shall be the property of the contractor and accordingly rate shall be quoted

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.
