Supply and laying synthetic Rubber insulation mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-20006,(Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2 m x 1 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installing, in replacement testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel Indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-42) and made of 2.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet & suitable frame work/ support made out of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS Angle, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down old unsv LT feeder panel after dissconnecting cable and necessary fastening elements with safety complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MCCBs four pole thermal & magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA including taking down unserviceable MCCB's and connecting, complete all as speciifed and directed of following capacities :-

Supply and fixing of ON LOAD Change over switch front handle operated 415V 50hz four pole all open execution type in replacement of old unserviceable switches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacities

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10 sqmm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection laid in trenches / in existing cable ducts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: For payment point of view, compacted thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for brick, subclass 'B' well burnt, of size 230x115x75 mm laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable over LT cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified including taking out the unserviceable earthing complete and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for roof covering shall be polyurethane foam (PUF) wall panel of 60mm thick with both side PPGI sheet of 0.5 mm thickness, all material shall comply with relevant BIS, the outer colour coated sheet GI skin (RAL 7032) of the panel shall be 0.5 mm thick TCT (Total coated thickness) with 50 micron PVC guard film on the finished surface only for protection against scratches during handling and transportation, base metal of GI skin CRCA shall be as per IS:513 and galvanisation as per GR-120 is 277, the pre-coated GI sheet skin shall have minimum coating of 5 micron epoxy primer and 25 micron polyester top coat on the finished surfaces and 7-8 micron primer alkyd backer on the backside which is bounded to polyurethane foam, the pre-coated GI sheet shall fonfirm to the IS:14246-1995, all the opening and sheet terminations to be closed with appropriate factory made flashing/Trims (Ridge, corner flashing, gable ends, framed opening etc), colour of the materials same as roof/wall/liner panel, eave gutters, downspouts and rain water down take pipes are cold formed from the same materials (colour & finish) as wall panels or approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and site clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spreaded & leveled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to received tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, Tank cover Drain covers made of MS Angle, Channel, Bars and sheets etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 05 cum each getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in, layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MS sections (angle, Channel etc.) posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for GVT (Glazed vitrified tile) tiles light coloured of size 300x600mm and thickness more than 9mm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for full vitrified dura stone 16mm thick heavy duty coloured tiles of size 600x600mm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick Toughened glass as in hinged doors, windows partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape drilling holes required including removing of existing wooden/steel window complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
