SR TO CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION OF ENTRANCE GATEWAY OF THE TOMB OF NAWAB SHUJAT KHAN BIJNOR

Careful collection and removal of accumulated malba and construction debris from the monument's various floors, terraces, galleries, and inaccessible corners, including fallen masonry, lime fragments, plaster remnants, organic matter, and waste resulting from prior interventions or decay. Material to be collected manually or using suitable conservation-safe equipment, bagged, and transported for safe disposal as per site conditions and local guidelines. Includes loading, internal shifting, and lowering through chutes or manual transfer, ensuring no damage to historic surfaces. (Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.)

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge

Providing and laying of lime concrete in floor / terrace 20 to 25 mm brick ballast of well burnt ) mixed with 50% lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1-U.Katni lime ,1- surkhi, 1 C.sand ) after removing of accumulated rubbish, including beating and treating with split bamboo and thappies till surface hardened for water tightening, including adding 2% solution of boiled water of Gum, Gur and bellgiri-fruit, complete within 200mt. lead and also rounding junctions with parapet wall etc. complete

Provision for taking out loose lakhori bricks carefully manually with a purpose of remasonary to conserve yhe structure and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the direction of engineer-in Charghe ( in lime mortar or cement mortar)

Providing & fixing lakhory brick masonry in two courses lime composite Mortar 1:1:1 (1 U/S lime 1 Surkhi , 1 C.sand ) mixed with adhesive marterials, including supply of labour , material and T& P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. ( including Errection & dismental after work)

Provision for providing & applying the lime mortar grouting in consolidation of hollow or cracked masonry walls, arches, pillars, staircases, and foundation zones where cavity made with the help of the grouting machine or gun, including cost of material, labour cost, cartage, loading & unloading, curing etc. complete in all respect.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead carefully, including disposal of refuse as directed by the site incharge including all the supply of labour T & P etc. Required proper completion of work at the site

Provision for 25 - 30 mm thick ( 25 mm nominal thickness) lime plaster work with mortar ratio of 1:1:1(1Lime: 1Surkhi:1 Coarse sand) with mix of gur/sheer, gum , belgiri, etc. Plaster work to be executed in two coat as required after carefully removing of old plaster work etc. complete.
