(d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 liters per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction.
