Supply , install, testing and commissioning of 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty fully motorized 3 way Ring main unit out door type in combination of 2 nos LBS moduleas Incomer , 1 nos. VCB modules (ougoings) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated tank made out of 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm IP 67 protection with monometer fixed, with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) in each VCB feeder. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-1, 100, 200. The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFLR classification for gas tank & cable box. The complete RMU shall have external outdoor type IP54 cover made out of GI sheet 1.6mm thick duly powder coated and shall be front openable with door and back openable sheets, cable chamber covered by a separable inner & outer door,The RMU shall have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU should be provided with replaceable HT cable Bushing and type tested Vacuum Interrupt of VCB should be from RMU manufacturer specified in CA. Each feeder of should have voltage presence indicator. All the type test certificated as per IEC from Third party lab to be submitted including taking down old busbar chamber.
RMU Should have followings:
(i) 1 no. microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder.
(ii) Each outgoing VCB shall have 3 Nos dual core C.T. for metering & protection with burden 2.5VA, ratio 100-50/1A/1A with class of accuracy 5P10 for proctection & 1 for metering for each VCB.
(iii) VCB should confirm operating sequence O-0.3Sec-CO-3min-CO and 2000 mechanical operation.
(iv) 3 nos. 1 ph 11KV/110V PT having accuracy class 0.5 & VA burder 50VA.

(xvi) The scope includes any accessories recommended by OEM for smooth functioning has to be incorporated and cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (xvii) Precommissioning inspection by SEI has to be carred out, contractor shall inform 45 days in advance for SEI precommissioning. (xviii) Predispatch factory inspection to be carried by the rep of Accepting Officer and cost of same deemed to be included in quoted rates. (xix) The technical specification and drawing shall be submitted by the contractor within 15days of issue of work order and shall be got approved by the accepting Officer. (xx) The RMU shall be manufactured/Assembled, tested from OEM factory and manufacturing from OEM authorized dealer shall not be accepted.
4 WAY RMU (2 I/C isolator and 2 O/G VCBs with PTs) Supply , install, testing and commissioning of 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty fully motorized 4 way Ring main unit, outdoor type, in combination of 2nos LBS moduleas Incomer , 2 nos. VCB modules (ougoings) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated tank Made out of 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm IP67 protection with monometer fixed, with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) in each VCB feeder. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-1, 100, 200. The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFLR classification for gas tank & cable box. The complete RMU shall have external outdoor type IP54 cover made out of GI sheet 1.6mm thick duly powder coated and shall be front openable with door and back openable sheets, cable chamber covered by a separable inner & outer door, The RMU shall have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU should be provided with replaceable HT cable bushing and type tested Vacuum Interrupt of VCB should be from RMU manufacturer specified in CA Each feeder of should have voltage presence indicator. All the type test certificated as per IEC from Third party lab to be submitted including taking down old Busbar chamber. RMU Should have followings:- (i) 1 no. microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. (ii) Each outgoing VCB shall have 3 Nos dual core C.T. for metering & protection with burden 2.5VA, ratio 100-50/1A/1A, with class of accuracy 5P10 for protection & 1 for metering for each VCB. (iii) VCB should confirm operating sequence O-0.3Sec-CO-3min-CO and 2000 mechanical operation. (iv) 3 nos. 1 ph 11KV/110V PT having accuracy class 0.5 & VA burder 50VA. (v) 1 no. 1 Ph 11KV/230V, 500VA, Auxiliary Transformer for battary charger.
