Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5coarse sand: 10 graded crushed brick aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and including form work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Filling in Plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, dressing and consolidation in layers not more than 200 mm thickness complete in all respects.

Filling in Plinth and under floors river bed material brought from outside including watering, ramming, dressing and consolidation in layers not more than 200mm thickness compete in all respects.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor v level including curing in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Extra for providing and placing in position 02 Nos 6mm dia MS bars at every third course of half brick masonry.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
