Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 125mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors single or more rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement 1:2:4 type B–I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made single piece solid panel PVC door shutter 35mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS square tube of size 15mmx15mm (15 gauze) on top & bottom rail and 19mmx19mm (19 gauze) in style , single piece plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail, bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail, bottom rail and style panel shall be of 10mm thick solid PVC sheet (one piece) to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC beading and joined together with solvent cement including 100mm size PTMT hinges, supplying & fixing in the frame at site all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 30mm thick fully glazed single piece both side PVC prelaminated door shutter 35mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS square tubes of size 15mmx15mm (15 gauze) on top & bottom rail and 19x19mm (18gauze) in style. Single piece plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail, bottom rail and style panel shall be of wire gauze/glass to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rail with suitable PVC beading and joined together with solvent cement including 100mm size PTMT hinges all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality with oil putty or any type of beads in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm each pane any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site upto double storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 3mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty or any type beads in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm each pane in any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(upto fourth storey with necessary scaffolding)

Material & Labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite black (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including making hole for gas pipe & pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over 15 mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The granite slab shall be fixed in single piece i.e no joints shall be provided while fixing the granite on slab or in any position. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind white quoting his rates.)

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab jointless in single piece as on steps, 18 to 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone 16-18mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/colour over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado & verticlal surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note for item No 28 & 29: The kota stone on steps & risers shall be signle piece i.e no joints shall be provided. The contractor shall keep this aspect in mind while quoting his rates.)

Material and labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab/chajjah/canopy/parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil removal bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 kg per litre at 25 degree centrigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing menbrane weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160 gsm/Sqm using butane torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface all as soecified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cutting into existing manholes (150mm dia pipe) for connecting new pipe, making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash (Old Size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed
