Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cess-pits, menholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft & loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, waterring and wall ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a layers not exc 1.50 m. above/below the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laid in trenches double walled corrugated HDPE pipes of inner dia 50 mm and outer dia 63 mm, as in cable protection work, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal groundlevel, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of volts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10 mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, charcoal and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LT Over over head line phase seperator of any size (2 way) in between distribution span of LT over head lines all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories, Outdoor type suitable for size 10 to 16 sqmm 3.5/4 Core.

All as per Item No 17 above but 25 to 50 sqmm 3.5/ 4 Core.

Supply and fixing in repair weather proof hot press moulded SMC junction box / street light control box with side hinged door of size 250mm x 200 mm x 105 mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 2 Nos of suitable size cable glands consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole MCB 6A 10KA 01No, including connecting up with the electrical connections and fixing and clamping complete and all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable street light LED fitting/Flood light of any wattage and type from the pole/building of any height including disconnecting the cable connections for repairing of light fittings and refixing in same position after repair and connecting all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Spares shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent items as supply only. (ii) The cost of replacing of internal connections, screws, bolts, minor spares etc. to make the fittings serviceable shall deemed to be included in the quoted cost.

Taking down unserviceable post top lantern and supply and fixing new LED post top lantern fitting 40 watts on existing pipe of any size and height, IP 65 protection, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source, clear cover for bright illumination, with all accessories prewired, fixed on poles complete all as directed. Taking down unserviceable garden light and supply and fixing new LED garden light, 10 watt, sturdy IP 65 protection LED bollard with excellent light output through PMMA window ensuring maximum illumination aspect in sorrounding, fixed on existing base/pipe of any size and height with all accessories prewired fixed with suitable clamps, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as directed. Taking down unserviceable street light from poles/building and supply and fixing new LED street light fittings 45 Watt ,environmental friendly long life, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with secondary optics and PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. (Make : Cat Part No TRP-409-45-57-SL-NS-GL-NSG of CG or equivalent in Philips/CG/Havells).

Material & Labour for cutting the road/ hard standing for taking out/ laying pipe/cable, making good surface with PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate after laying pipe/cable and removing the debrish to a distance n.exe 50mtr all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable time switch and supply and fixing new street light Time switches, Digital 24 hour, 440 V 2 pole 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Havells or equivelant in Legrand/L&T).

Laying only old servicable XLPE LT cable PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cables with Aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/on pole/in pipe /on wall ,using suitable clamps for fixing of cable complete all as specified and directed of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core.

Material and labour for two coats painting to LT steel tubular/RCC poles at the bottom from ground level towards upwards upto 2m height with black and yellow strips each 15 cm width on the poles with synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surface and marking of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint over black colour base as per existing pattern all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Off load changeover switch side handle in sheet metal enclouser 415 V AC 50 Hz of capacity 100 amp 4 pole all as directed by the engineer in charge. Make : Havells/L&T or its equivalent

Taking down carefully old rusted/broken bracket with serviceable light fittings from the pole after disconnecting, supply and fix new bracket for street light fitting made out of 32 mm dia light grade GI tubing bent to required shape 1.5m long including necessary GI clamps, nuts bolts and washers, refixing and connecting old serviceable light fitting, fixing to the pole complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm

Materials and labour for carrying out 'B' check comprising replacement of fuel filters,oil filters,air filter element,changing lubricating oil, cleaning of fuel lines,checking leakges if any, repair the leakge, replacement of exhaust fan,gasket etc complete all as specified and directed for DG set 125 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for carrying out 'B' check comprising replacement of fuel filters,oil filters,air filter element,changing lubricating oil,cleaning of fuel lines,checking leakges if any, repair the leakge, replacement of exhaust fan,gasket etc complete all as specified and directed for DG set 10 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new diode set in replacement of old unsv diode set for 10KVA DG set all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair the unserviceable V belt of DG set capacity 125 KVA.

Materials and labour for repair/servicing of UPS of capacity upto 5 KVA by checking all electrical connection and rewiring the same, replacing wornout parts and refix the same location or directed by Engr in charge including testing,commissioning complete. Note:- (i) PCB kit and By pass switch etc will be measured and paid sepeartaly as supply only. (ii) Minor parts e.g nut, bolt, screw, wiring etc are included in quoted rate.
