REPAIR TO PLASTER, PAINTING PLINTH PROTECTION AND ALLIED WORK OF VARIOUS TRAVERSE WALL AND ROOF LEAKAGE AND REPAIR TO CHAIN LINK FENCING, BARBED WIRE AND HARD STANDING DRAIN AND GRASS CUTTING IN TRAVERSE WALL IN WSA AREA AT AF STN HASI MARA

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, including disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm under layer + 5mm top layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces/ soffits of chajjas etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade pattern deep green/camouflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of wall, cornices etc and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade pattern deep green/camouflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior emulson primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance of shade deep green/camouflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed.
