Making Cuboidal Grid of MS Angle for Box Pontoon ( Main Box 6.4x2x1.25m and 4 Small Box 1x2.4x1.25m) . The 24 nos Cuboidal Grid Size of Main Box will be 0.8m x 0.67m x1.25 will welded together to form a single piece. While Each Small Box Consist 3nos Cuboidal Grid 1m x0.8 x 1.25m will welded together to form a single piece of Small Box . Same will be done for 3 other small Box. Followed by welding of MS 8mm plate at Bottom of Each Box and 6mm plate at Top and Lateral Surface with welding of GATE for Pontoon.(Only MS Angle , MS Channel and MS Plate will be provided by the SECL) (Total 14273 Electrode required for One Complete Pontoon Set provided by contractor)

Cleaning of Pontoon through Sand Paper followed by one coat of Metal Putty on MS plate of Pontoon (on Innner and Outer Surface( and then followed by M Seal through welding length(Sand paper , Metal Putty , M Seal and other acessories provided by contractor)

Applying Single Coat Red Oxide Paint and Double Coat of Black Rubber Paint on Pontoon (Inner and Outer Surface) (Paint Brush, Red Oxide Paint and Black Rubber paint and other acessories provided by the contractor )

Fabrication of cuboidal cell/grid structure designed to hold drums of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.9m, using MS angle 75 x 50 x 6mm for the base and 50 x 30 x 6mm for the top and vertical supports. The structure consists of three units, forming cell grids of sizes 3x11, 4x11, and 4x11. Each cell's base is fitted with a 3.15mm MS plate, while the top is secured using a 6mm MS plate fastened with nut bolts. Additionally, the fabrication includes MS channels to serve as the pump base. Each cell is designed to securely hold and facilitate the evacuation of 200L steel drums/barrels. (Welding Electrode, Nut -Bolt and Steel Drum/ Barrel provided by Contractor) (Angle, Plate and other acessories provided by SECL) (Total Drum 121 nos for one Pontoon set and Electrode 30622nos for One Pontoon set provided by contractor)
