Material and labour for Granite work with 20mm thick machine cut, Jet Black granite slab in single piece or two piece length, table rubbed and polished, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite stone as in cooking platforms, microwave platform, WHB counter top in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, etc, including cutting, polishing and rounding to edges of stone slabs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels with locking system) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, incl Glazing shall be provided with 4.8mm thick Plain / frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications and Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperature 1.40mm shall be provided with each window shutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners incl glazing shall be provided with 4.8mm thick Plain / frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, coping, bed plates, hold fast blocks, etc., including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
