Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of air-cooled Hi-Wall split type air conditioners of following capacities comprising Indoor and Outdoor Units with factory-charged Rotary/Scroll compressors (R-32/R-410A) including surface/ concealed copper refrigerant piping insulated with closed-cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape (up to 3 m), FRLS type copper power cable (up to 3.5 m) with suitable plug top, 3 meters of drain pipe, and wireless remote control with suitable battery. The system shall operate on 230V, 50Hz (±tolerance as per applicable standard), single-phase AC supply, providing cooling, dehumidification, and air circulation functions conforming to IS-1391 (Part-II ) with all amendments, and shall be capable of efficient performance at outdoor ambient temperatures up to 50°C, with a minimum 5- year OEM warranty on both the compressor and PCB. The system shall be installed with S&F appropriate fixing arrangements as per OEM recommendations, including wall openings, mending well the damages and making necessary connections including T&P & labour etc as required complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC. Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : a) 6.4 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm. b) 15.86 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm. [ 31.14.4]

Supply & Laying of 4 core 1.5sq.mm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable with gas line as per direction of EIC for making interconnection/communication between Indoor to Outdoor unit of Split type AC m/c. (Make- Havells/Finolex/KEI/Polycab)

Supply & laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction EIC.

Supply & Laying 20 mm hard PVC pipe (heavy type) for water drainage (Including all allied accessories).

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 2 Nos. M.S. Angle of size (50 mm x 50 mmx6mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 3.0/4.0 TR ceiling concealed AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 40 mm x40mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the existing wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 2Mtr. x 1Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC.

Charges for Dismantling the existing Split AC machine incl. both indoor and outdoor units along with all allied pipeline,wires and water lines incl. all others accessories and shift the whole machine by EIC.

Installation, testing & commissioning of the existing Old split AC incl. supply & fixing required angle iron structure on wall for placing outdoor unit & mending good the damages asper direction of E.I.C
