SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ A/C WORKS]

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of induced draft crossflow type FRP Cooling Tower to cool 250 USGPM of water with minimum temperature drop of 4 ° C at design wetbulb temperature of 29 ° C complete all as specified and directed Note : - (a) Fibreglass structure, casing, distribution basin, and collection basin must be made of corrosion free material and all steel components must be heavily galvanized. (b) PVC fill sheets must withstand hot water temperatures as high as 55°C (c) Evaporation Loss and drift losses should be less than 0.9 % and 0.01% of tower flow rate respectively (d) The splash box should be provided to prevents the incoming water from spilling out of the basin (e) Uniform water and air distribution, low fill air velocity must be considered in the cooling tower design (f) Weatherproof motor and belt driven fan ,fan blade made of Engineering Plastic,with fan guard must be provided in the cooling tower. (g) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of transportation, unloading, storing ,handling/assembling the materials up to the location of cooling tower, hoisting , installing the cooling tower over tower supporting structure , providing necessary the electrical connection to the cooling tower motor and connecting all inlet and outlet pipeline connection.

Material and labour for welding,fixing ,water pressure testing and commissioning of chilled & condenser circuit heavy duty MS water pipeline with necessary fittings and other accessories like Y Strainer, bellows, NRV ,flow control valves,Air vent valve, pressure and temperature guage and taking down old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed Note : (1) M S Pipes heavy grade with all fitting will be measured and paid against the respective item. Supply and replace duct insulation 40 MM with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge

Material and labour for servicing the Floor Horizontal Air Handling Unit Make :Bluestar Model EL-295, including cleaning cooling coils using the mixture of surfactants and cleaning agents ,removal of insulation barrier like contamination and oxidation film, cleaning the curve fan blades , rewinding of 7.5 HP motor coil complete as per IS-396 of 1953 using super enamelled copper wire of adequate gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material and terminal lead for power supply and other petty items required for making motor functional, replacement of Extended Surface Filters composed of a frame, filtering media in a zigzag layout and an electrowelded mesh to hold the media, Replacement of V- Belt and making AHU serviceable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
