PVC MMS conduit,with modular switch, modular plates & suitable GI Box.Conduits shall be cleated to the surface/walls with saddles and spacers as per engg practice. Rate to include all conduits and accessories, wires. complete and civil works and making good . For point wiring in areas with false ceiling, the point shall be terminated above the false ceiling next to the lighting fixture. (SB Controlled Primary light Points)

Looping above light point ( say secondary light point using 3 x 1.5mm2 stranded copper/FRLS PVC insulated wires laid in 20 mm Dia. PVC MMS conduit;with modular switch, modular plates & suitable GI Box;. . Conduits shall be cleated to the surface/walls with saddles and spacers as per engg practice. Rate to include all conduits and accessories, wires. complete and civil works and making good . For point wiring in areas with false ceiling, the point shall be terminated above the false ceiling next to the lighting fixture. (SB Controlled Secondary light Points)

Wiring for Light /Power Plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC Insulated Copper Conductor single core cable in surface/Recessed medium class PVC Conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC Insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for Circuit/Submain Wiring along with earth Wire with the following Sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor,single core Cable in surface/Recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing Stepped Type Electronic Fan Regulator on the existing Modular Plate Switch Box including Connections but Excluding Modular Plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 A & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 25 mm

Sub Head-III(DB's and MCB's). Supplying and fixing following way,Prewired TP&N PPI Distribution Board of Sheet Steel for 415 Volts on surface/Recess complete with Ready to use DBs - Provided with 100A insulated phase bus-bars,neutral bar/s with shroud/s, earth bar/s , sticking saddles , cement spill protector ,color-coded interconnecting wire set , cable ties , blanking plates and circuit identification labels.The D.B should be IK-09 Compliant.(The Cost of D.B is without MCB's)(IP Rating-43).

Supplying and fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps.rating 240 volts 'C' series, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Sub Head-IV (Lightning Conductor and Earthing) ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE MAINTENANCE FREE EARTHING SYSTEM. Necessary soil treatment is to be made by the contractor in order to improve the Pit resistance value. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Advanced Maintenance Free environment friendly Earthing system consisting of 1 no. of 3mtr length, 17.2 mm dia UL certified earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with GI terminals to connect incoming strips, (Environment friendly backfill compound duly certified as per ANSI/NSF standard 60/Toxic content certificate as safe for use near potable ground water resources strictly as per specification enclosed. Make- SHREE ELECTRODES/OBO BETTERMANN/ERICO or Equivalent make. Earth pit chamber (300mm x 300mm) with CI cover for the above.

Ground Cables and Accessories. Supply , loading , Transport ,Unloading , shifting ,laying, testing and commissioning of 11KV/1.1KV Grade XLPE/PVC insulated aluminium/copper multistrande conductor steel of armoured/flexible braid power cables as per the specification.
