Providing and fixing of KHATAM BANDI ceiling of first class FIr wood excluding the cost of frame work which is to be paid separately.Changez Khani fabricated from seasoned wood comprising 50 mm x 50 mm kiln dried framing at suitable spacing with 20 mm thick wood khatambandh members of approved geometric pattern. the item shall include KD wood backing member framing secrew nails adhesive fitting and fixtures machine finishing protective clear lacquer coating scaffolding labour carriage and all incidental works complete in all respects as per the approved drwings and as directed by EIC

Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with iron screws complete: 12 mm thick laminated Second class teak wood with foam and necessary support framework including dismentalling of the old damaged sagged flooring all jobs completely done and as per the directions of EIC

a) 4 Lighting points (LEDs), including wiring, switches, PVC conduit, junction boxes, 2 fan points, modules (# No 3), Plugs, and accessories (ISI marked) complete job

Exterior Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth interior/exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Dismantling tile work in floors and walls in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead and clearance of site; all work complete

50 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. all job complete

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm; all job complete
