SCHEDULE `A' Section-VII, PART - II (ROAD/PATH & CULVERTS) (To be quoted by the tenderer)
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.
M & L Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density with material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-3, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE `A' Section-VIII, PART - II (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY) (To be quoted by the tenderer)
Supply and fixed swing type single disk cast iron foot valve (IS:4038) with screwed ends size 100mm bore, for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installation, connecting and testing swing check type reflex valves (Non return) cast iron body class PN 1.0 design with flanged ends drilled suitable for the size 80 mm. Bore of pipes ISI marked (IS:5312:2004 part-1) complete with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE `A' Section-IX, PART - II (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) (To be quoted by the tenderer)
Supply, installed, testing and commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type both side- extendible 3 way ring main unit floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 3 nos fixed type motorised vacuum circuit breaker ( 1 incoming & 2 outgoing). All live parts, bus bar VCBs connections of RMU should be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushing for ease of troubleshooting during break down. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal kits suitable for 3C x 120 sq mm cable, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for load break switch ON/OFF, Altitude of installation up to Bushing bolted type top mounted out side the tank for connection of external bus bar. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. Each VACUM CIRCUIT BREAKER of RMU 630 A VCB module for making & breaking of fault current along with earth switch of full making cap- 1 Nos. motor operated 630 A vacuum circuit breaker having spring stored mechanism. Three position disconnection/earthing switch down stream vacuum circuit- breaker. Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch Live cable LED indicators through capacitor voltage deviders mounted on the bushings. Supply, installation commissioning and testing of oil cooled, copper wound, step down BIS marked & BEE star labelled - II transformer of capacity 800 KVA plinth/floor mounted indoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volt 3 phase 4 wire , 50 c/s oil immersed naturally cooled externally cooling tube core type. delta connection on primary HT 11 kv side and star connection on secondary LT 433 volt with tapping at +/- 2.5%, +/-5% & +/- 7.5 % on HV side The transformer shall confirm with the requirement of IS -2026 and oil shall confirm to IS-335, 1983. Supply and fixing of high voltage end cable joint kit of size 120 sq mm HT cable with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning double door panel openable both side factory made and tested LT panel Indoor type approx size 1500 mm x 800 mm x 2500 mm for main panel platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic copper bus bars TPN of capacity 2400 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be compartment wise for each switch gears ,dust and vermin proof, and inner sheet made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel Mounting Channel frame work made out of MS angle iron 75X40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating, front opening type for installation of separate cable alloy, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments. Provision in cable alloy to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cables. A clear space of 200 mm to be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. INSULATION WORK. Insulation material shall be closed cell flexible elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber composition with fire retardant properties.The insulation material shall have Microban®* an anti-microbial product, which is EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), USA Approved, as an integral part of insulation that cannot be washed off or worn off. The insulation material shall give enhanced level of protection against harmful Microbes such as fungi, bacteria & mold and should confirm to UL 181, ASTM G 21/C 1338. Thermal conductivity of insulation material shall not exceed 0.036 W/(m.K) at mean temperature of 24°C as per ASTM C 177 / ASTM C 518. Water Vapor Permeability of insulation material shall be minimum 0.05 Perm-in. /0.725 x 10-13 Kg/[s.m.Pa] without any external barrier as per ASTM E 96. Procedure A. The insulation material shall have water absorption of 0.2% by volume as per ASTM C 209 / ASTM C 1763. The insulation material shall have fire performance rating of 25/50 as per ASTM E 84. The insulation material shall have fire performance rating of UL 94. The insulation material shall be self-extinguishing, does not drip, and does not spread flames. The insulation material need to comply with local Civil defence authority norms & should possess a valid approval. The insulation material shall be dust and fibre free. The insulation material shall be formaldehyde free. The insulation material shall be CFC & HCFC free. The insulation material shall meet ASHRAE 90.1-2010, ASHRAE Standard 189.1, NFPA 90A & NFPA 90B Standards. The insulation material shall withstand maximum surface temperature of +105 Deg.C and minimum surface temperature of -50 Deg.C as per ASTM C 534. The insulation material shall have ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and GWP (Global Warming Potential) of Zero. The insulation material shall be applied indoors. Coverings shall be used for exposed areas. Thickness of the insulation shall be as specified for the individual application. The insulation material shall be installed as per manufacturer’s recommendation. 13 MM Thick
