Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with made of plastic body of RPM/Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA(Acrylic styerene acrylontrite) or HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene) or acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene(ABS) or any other suitable material approved by the engineer .The marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 . The reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lense face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent . The slope or retro -reflecting surface shall preferebly by 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro-reflecting surface shall nt be less than 13.00sqm the marker height shall not be less than 10mm and shall nt exceed 20mm and width shall not exceed 130mm . The base of the markker shall be flat within 1.3mm all road studs shall be legibly marked wth the name,trade or other means of identification of manufacturer .The contractor shall submit a two years warranty for satisfactory field performance includng stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecti bg panel,to the engineer. In addition a 2 years warranty for satisfactry infield performance of the finished road marker ,shall also be given by the contactor who carries out of the work of the fixing of reflective road marker. In case the marker are displaced,damaged, get worm out or lose their reflectivity ,compared to stipulated standards ,the contractor would be reuired replace all such marker within 15 days of the intimation from the engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all material, labour T&P , Transportation ,Installation, and include incidental all complete as per direction of E-in-C.(Road Stud/cat Eye)

The solar stud shall be made of alluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely wheather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 ,its color may be of white , yellow, green, red or blue or combination as directed by Engineer. Its water resistance shall meet the requirement of IP 65 in accoradance with IS:12063:1987 category-2 for protection against water ingress . The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100mmx100mmx10mm . it shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800mm . Its flshing rate shall not be less than Hz. It should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range of -40 to +55 degree . Its life shall not be less than 3 years. The rate shall include all the material ,labour, equipments,fabrication, transportation,erection,insrallationand incidentals all complete as per direction of E-In-C.( Solar Studs)

Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail , 70 cm above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post , 150x755 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre , 1.8m high, 1.1 m below ground /road level ,all steel partsand fitment to be galvanised by hot dip process , all fitting to conform to IS: 1367 and IS:1364 , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810.
