End Termination : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of end joint / terminations for following sizes of 1100 V grade LT armoured power cables. End jointing / termination shall be done using aluminium lugs, nickel plated double compression type brass cable glands, inhibitor compound, earthing clamp alongwith link with required hardware for earth connection etc. including supply of materils.

Straight through joint : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of straight through joint for following sizes of 1100 V grade LT armoured power cables. Jointing shall be done using appropriate jointing kit including aluminium lugs, insulating materials (epoxy / sleeves), protective enclosure, earthing clamp alongwith link with required hardware for armouring connection etc. including supply of materils.

Earthing: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of GI plate (plate size 600X600X6.3mm) earth stations alongwith all required material as per IS: 3043 and tender specifications.
Earth strip: Supply and installation of G.I strip of required sizes under ground at a depth of 600mm from FGL including excavation, black bitumin painting, backfilling and consolidation of soil. Installation along cable trays / walls using G.I Clamps at interval of 500mm / as per site requirements including required hardware as per site requirements.
MS Fabrication: MS Fabrication, supply & Installation of including MS sheet metal, angles, channels, rod (up to 40 mm dia), etc. complete with two coats red oxide & two coat suitable quality paint as per requirement & specifications. MS rod shall be installed around the building for earthing network connections. This shall also including required cutting, welding, soil/ground excavation, refilling, levelling etc.
Removal of panels: Dismantling and stacking of panel including ACBs, MCCBs, SFU, oil switch fuse unit etc. This shall include disconnection of cables, removal of anchor & fastners/nut-bolts, shifting of panel to stores in RRCAT premises. This shall also include dismantling and stacking of panel parts viz., switchgears, meters, busbars etc. as applicable.
Size of panel from 2.1 X 2.1 X 0.4 to 4.0 X 4.0 X 0.5 mtrs. (Rates not to be quoted in supply rate coloumn)
Size of panel from 1.1 X 1.1 X 0.3 to 2.0 X 2.0 X 0.5 mtrs. (Rates not to be quoted in supply rate coloumn)
PCC: Cement contrete 1 :2:4 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm maximum size. including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but exluding form work as per specifications. The activities are mainly for de the work for reparing of road and earthing chambers as required at site. This shall include supply of all construction materials and arrangement of manpower for execution of site activities.
