IMPLEMENTATION OF SCADA AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL AND WATER SUPPLY SERVICES IN MES AT ICG GOA

Design, Develop, Integrate and Commission SCADA System and its maintenance & operation and comprehensive maintenance for Electric supply system complete all as specified and as directed in following phases and detailed specifications:-

PHASE-I (SCADA SYSTEM ITEM No 1.03)

PHASE-II (MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION ITEM No 1.05)

Operation of SCADA system of Electric Supply System during defect liability period of 2 years through trained/qualified engineer/technician in SCADA system/field without manning. Contractor shall be responsible for repair and maintenance of SCADA system including replacement of all defective parts as and when required. No contineous manning is required but the contractor shall ensure that his technical staff is available to attend to any breakdowns, periodic and regular maintenance. It shall be the responsibility of contractor to keep the system functional. Note :- (i) Cost for comprehensive maintenance including cost of parts required to be replaced will be coverved under defect liability period of two years. No extra payment will be made for the same. (ii) Contractor shall attend the breakdown and repair within 02 hrs and make the system operational. Any further delay is liable to penalty of Rs. 10000/- per day or part thereof. (iii) This item shall be taken as 4% of total amount quoted for the job for payment purpose. Payment against this item shall be made as per following schedule during the period of two years. (a) After 1st year - 2% (b) After 2nd year - 2%

PHASE-III (OPERATION AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE ITEM No 1.07)

Operation and comprehensive maintenance of SCADA system of Electric Supply System including cost of parts requiring replacement up-gradation of components & software, all the spares as well as periodic up gradation including monthly payment to telecom for 8 years post defect libility period of 02 years. The operational and comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out through trained/qualified engineer/technicians in SCADA system/field. No contineous manning is required but the contractor shall ensure that his technical staff is available to attend to any breakdowns, periodic and regular maintenance. It shall be the responsibility of contractor to keep the system functional. Note : (i) Contractor shall attend the breackdown / repair maint within 02 hrs and make the system operational. Any further delay is liable to penalty of Rs. 10000/- per day or part thereof. (ii) This item shall be taken as 36% of total amount quoted for the job for payment purpose.Yearly breakdown payment against this item shall be made as per following schedule during the period of eight years. (a) After 1st year - 4% (b) After 2nd year - 4% (c) After 3rd year - 4% (d) After 4th year - 4% (e) After 5th year - 5% (f) After 6th year - 5% (g) After 7th year - 5% (h) After 8th year - 5% NOTE:- Yearly amount as above shall be paid in equal installments every month.
