ADB(II)SOLBR14 Upgradation and Maintenance of Submersible Bridge across Chandani River at CH 6.780 on Road from Barshi to Kandalgaon Dist Border Tal Barshi Dist Solapur.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Cement Concrete.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.For lead upto 250 m.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.For Grading II Material.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate ( natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, , cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge , compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc. complete. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying White Topping/Short Paneled Concrete as per IRC-SP 76-2015 (Existing surface preparation to be done fi necessary either by milling or leveling course with DLC to correct surface profile and to be paid separately) with un reinforced M-40 grade Pavement Quality Concrete using Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 Grade OR Portland Pozzolana Cement IS-1489 at 425kg/cum, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate(VSI) and Admixture confirming to IS 9130-1999 (R-2004) polymeric synthetic fiber as per ASTM (1116) such as polyester / polyethylene / polypropylene / Glass fiber at 1.20 kg/cum, mixed in batching and mixing plant or weigh batcher as per approved mix design to achieve minimum flexural strength or modulus of rupture of concrete 4.50 MPa at 28 days limiting cum maximum water cement ratio to 0.40, transported to site, laid with fixed form/ slip form paver finisher (preferably with slip form paver finisher), spread, vibrated, compacted and finished in a continuous operation to the lines and grades as per drawing, texture finishing of surface, spraying two layers of curing compound, curing with water sprayed on hessian cloth covered over concrete surface, groove cutting grid 1m x 1m or as directed by Engineer In charge to a depth of 1/3 to 1/4 of the Thickness and of width 3-5 mm as per design including cost of all material, side form work, labour and machineries etc. complete as per specifications. (Excluding Dowel Bars and Tie Bar including Polythene Sheets).as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing ni position 25mm dia anti corrosive MS dowel bars of required Dia. 60 cms. Long and at 30.00 cm. C/C and wherever directed including handling straightening, necessary cutting supported by chairs with proper alignment with half length covered by polyethene sheathing including cap etc. complete. as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ni position anticorrosive MT EF 500 tie bars of 12 m dia. 70 cms. Long and at 30.00 cm. C/C and whenever directed including handling , straightening , neccsary cutting Hanndling, Strainthtening, Supported by assembly of TMT FE 500, chairs with proper alignment etc. complete .as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 600 mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106.as directed by Engineer in Charge.
