M & L for Soling (or sub base) spread thickness in 150mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

Material & Laying for Polythene film, black, 50micron laid in floors
Formwork to fair finish surface and faces of walls,retaining walls,abutments,flat,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter .
Laying of stone sett road ( stones will be supplied by Factory at CVRDE test track ) including Intercarting the dismantled stones from the premises of CVRDE test track by arranging tipper lorries, tractor and bringing the dismantted stones inside the factory by making necessary gate passes ,IGP etc., and dumping the stones at the open area nearer to the worksite and stacking it neatly and properly . The stacked stones shall be neatly dressed on all sides by engaging skilled labours to remove the sticked plastering/concrete/ cement surfaces and the dressed stones shall be fully cleared/washed with water to remove all the dust etc. The dressing of stones shall ensure uniform size and shape. The remains of the dressed stones shall be removed from the site and dumped to a low lying area suitated at a distance of exceding 500 m and not exceding 1.50 km.The dresed stone shall be used for the laying of stone sett road and the stones shall be arranged in a Herringbone pattern to provide sufficient lock between each stone.The stones shall be bedded in cement motor 1:3 for 25mm thick and the Vertical joints and Horizontal joints shall be grouted using cement motar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of the cement and stuck flush. This rate is inclusive of all the above activites as whole.
Material and Labour for laying RMC of design mix cement concrete , M40 type (with steel fibre) using 20mm graded aggregated in foundation ,only flooring, including high tensile steel wire fibres of diameter not exceeding 0.456mm and length exceeding 50mm blended with ready mix concrete at plant at the rate of 7kg/cum (Ready Mix concrete are only accepatble)
Material and Labour for providing Vaccum dewatering method to remove excess water from the laid concrete and filler pad and suction mat shall be laid on the freshly laid concrete which will not allow cement paste to flow out, and the suction pump are then started immediately to remove the excess water. The suction time will be normally 20 to 30 minutes or as specified and as required and making the surface hard enough to enable to carry the floating operations using electrically driven mechanised troweller for top finishing. The top finishing shall be of a uniform true level surfaces free from all blisters ,dust etc and all as directed by EIC (including 50 micron polythene film at bottom off concrete if required for 200mm thick slab)
Supply & spreading of metallic floor hardner (3.50 kg per sq.m) to the surfaces of the fresh concrete after the dewatering procedure.
Supply and fixin of 110mm SWR PVC pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls .
M & L for fixing of Rubber water sealer 200mm size fixed to wall concrete.
Removal of excavated debris/rocks exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.
Returning / refilling of hard/dense soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm.
