Material and Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm mm thick in treads, landings of staircase over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including and grinding polishing, half molding of kota stone nosing over and including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (a) The work shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the material i.e. paint, distemper, cement based paint, putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Colour of OBD/ Exterior Emulsion paint shall be approved by Garrison Engineer.

M& L for applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm at the average thickness 2mm over the plastered/old painted prepared surfaces of wall (after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth) and sanding the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism and RPM not less than 1500), sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc as per following steps :- Step 1- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufactures instructions and mix it with putty mixer wit the mixing capacity of minimum 2.50 kg putty per minute. Step -2 Apply the first coat of prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liter per minute with a minimum pressure 3300 PSI. Step -3 Allow 6-8 hours to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.80 litre (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and applying the same with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute at a pressure of 3300 PSI Note : Subsequent coat of painting shall be done after allowing 6-8 hours to dry the primed surface

M&L disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable/damaged wooden/mild steel sheet enclosure of any description and in any position and supplied and fixing new sheet metal enclosure made of 2mm thick plain MS sheet with approximate size 600mmx600mmx150 mm dully welded / bolted with MS angle iron 20x20x1 mm (all around ) and flushed in wall and making good the disturbed surface with brick masonry in CM 1:4/ PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) complete with plastering in CM 1:6 complete for protection of electric meter/MCB DBs/ main switches etc. The MS enclosure shall be provided from opening hinged door with locking arrangement. The sheet metal enclosure shall be fabricated in the pattern and designed as approved by GE. The sheet metal enclosure shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surfaces IP-54 protected complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing using GI Electrode rod having outer dia 40mm and inner pipe dia 20mm, 2 to 3mm thick, 3 Mtr length and terminal strip 40x6mm for ground earthing subject to hot dip galvanization : 70-100 micron on the outer electrode 200-250 microns inside the electrodes .The empty space inside the electrode fully filled with a specially developed Crystalline ,Hygroscopic ,Conductive Mixture sealed. Augur /Drill/Bore a hole of 3 to 5 or 6 to 10 inches in diameter to a suitable depth of 3 meter. Mix backfill compound with dugout soil & put the mixture in to pit. Place the electrode at centre of the pit. Start refilling empty space around electrode with backfill compound in small quantities. Pour some water and push up the pit along with wooden rod. Allow trapped air to escape, in this manner gradually continue refilling process till electrode is fixed in the pit up to the patch painted on the top portion of electrode. Pour a few buckets of water around the pit per day for 3 days so the system can be set. Supply and fixed GI earth lead wire 4mm dia and 15mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade from earth terminal to test point up to 7.5 mtr length and connected to earth test point including testing complete all specified & directed by Engineer –in-charge. Note:- The use of backfill Earthing compound/ anti corrosion /Moisture retaining mixture @ 50Kg per earthing for reducing ground resistance is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
