ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICALLY OPERATED LIFTS AT TECH AREA UNDER GE (I) R and D KANPUR

Day to day routine/periodical maintenance of lifts including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of following u/s components(spare parts) which may occur due to wear and tear except majors parts as specified in notes here-in-after and all as specified in para-16 of section-5 of Part-8 of NBC-2016 for group of following electrically operated automatic passengers/ goods lift (as specified here-in-after) and daily/ routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEMs only including cleaning and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents all as specified here-in-after:- Notes: (a) The contractor shall be submit the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on stamp paper duly notarized with orginal Equipments Manufacturer (OEM) as applicable asper specification to the effect at maintanance shall be carried out under OEM overall supervision and direction/ instruction within 15 days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled under condition 54 of IAFW-2249. (b) The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic/operator joint during currency of contract period, if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quated rate. (c) That for any break of terms and condition any condition of the MOU by contractor the OEM shall inform to GE. (d ) Comprehensive maintanance include day to day routine/periodical maintanance with replacement of defective equipments/parts as specified shall deem to be include in above quated rate. (e) Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hours as per the direction of AGE E/M or his rep within design limit as specified in PS otherwise shall be recovery as specified in here-in-after. (f) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (g) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect. (h) Fitness certificate to be fixed inside each lift OEM every month.

(c) Lift 0perated from ground to 2nd floor, automatic closing door type, 20 passanger lift Make of Lift :- KONE (G+2) FFIT BUILDING No of lift - 01 (1 x 11 Months = 11)

(d) Lift 0perated from ground to 4th floor, automatic closing door type, 8 passanger lift Make of Lift :- EISA (G+5) 60 Scientist hostel No of lift - 01 (1 x 11 Months = 11)

Supply & fixing battery 12 volts 7 to 14 AH maintenance free type suitable for UPS system. Make:- Exide or Equivalent or as approved by GE (I).

Supply and fixing cabin fan 300 mm sweep as per existing type all as specified and directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Make : Havells, CIERA or as approved by GE (I).

Supply & fixing Alarm bell/Buzzer for lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and fix recess mounted down light fitting 12 watts LED type with efficiency of 100 lm/watt complete for car all as specified and directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Make:- Bajaj/Crompton/Philips or as approved by GE.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) control complete unit with all accessories including maintenance free batteries suitable for up to 15 passengers lift complete all as specified and as directed including taking down unserviceable one, Make:- Kone/Thyssenkrupp.

Supply and fixing in replacement of of communication cable wire as specified and directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement of card for 60 Scientist hostel as specified and directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement of ARD converter for 60 Scientist hostel as specified and directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement of ARD invertor for 60 Scientist hostel as specified and directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement of Brake control Moudle, as per site requriment of existing capacity for suitable size as specifed and directed by Eng-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of rubber matting inside the lift as specifed and directed by Eng-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of intercom device and cable connection with cable inside the lift as specifed and directed by Eng-in charge.
