WORK SERVICES FOR REHABILITATION USING HOT MIX AT AF STN BKT

Earth work in excavating over areas n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in any type of soil by mechanical means hydraulic excavator complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 above but excavation over area exc. 1.5 m bu not exc. 3.00 m deep and getteng out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5Mtr above the starting point in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of craters with broken stone boulders or quarried stone (boulders size 100 mm mixed with 63 mm size broken graded stone aggregate) interstices field, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 200mm thick compacted thickness wet mixed macadam (WMM) with broken stone aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) of grade 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread , rolled and consolidated to required gradient , camber, level, super elevation as required compacting with vibratory power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing surfaces wet mixed macadam (WMM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surface with compressed air to remove all loose dust, dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bituminous SSI grade conforming to IS 8887 @ 1kg per sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all specified and directed.

M & L for providing 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) hot mix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC grading -I ) in three layers 50 mm thick each layer using VG-30 bituminious @ quantity as divided from job mixed formula subject to minimum 5.5% by weight of total mixed . laid , rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber as required with power roller complete all specified and directed. Note : Mixing shall be done in hot mix plant and laying shall be carried out with machanical paver. No any additional payment shall be made for any plus side deviation in quantity of bituminous. Notes: (i). Contrctor shall procure complete quantity of material as directed by Engr-in-Charge and staked on the site within one week from the date of commencement of work order. (ii). The work is of urgent nature and to be commenced within 24 hrs from the date of intimation by Engr-in-Charge in wirting. If the Contractor has not take action within stipulated period, will be charged penalty of Rs 30000.
