Item No.01 Overhauling of front drive P U wheel and rear P U wheel of traction drive mechanism of CLF including dismantling the wheels plumber block, sleeve, oiling and greasing the component, proper alignment including refitting the wheel assembly in position

Iten No.02 Replacement of drive shaft of P U wheel including dismantling from its position, including welding machining and refitting etc complete.

Item No.03 Overhauling of traction including overhauling of gear box of Traction drive mechanism by dismantling all components, cleaning and inspection of components replacement of oil seals bearing including scrapping, painting and refitting and commissioning including trial etc

Item No.04 Fabrication and fixing of gear of traction drive mechanism 230 mm dia X 65 mm

Item no.05 Overhauling of flocculator drive mechanism by dismantling all component, cleaning and inspection of components, and refitting and commissioning including trial etc complete.

Item No.06 Removing old rusty broken scraper assemblies and fixing new fabricated M S scraper assembly and Neo-prime rubber with SS nut bolts, washer( plain, spring) etc complete.

Item No.07 Dismantling the gear box of flocculator mechanism including overhauling and replacing the damaged gear by fabrication to size and replacing the gear oil with providing oil,oil seal,bearing and reassembling and commissioning etc complete.

Item no.08 Replacement of drive shaft of flocculator drive mechanism including welding, machining and refitting etc complete.

Item no.09 Replacement of flange/love joy coupling ( M S /C I ) of motor and gear box coupling bolt, rubber bushes, keyway machining & boring etc dismantling fixing including proper alignment etc complete.

Item no.10 Repairing of slip ring of Clariflocculator including replacement of worn out parts like carbon brush, back elite rods, carbon brush holders, current collector, breezing etc complete.

Item no.11 Overhauling of central mechanism of CLF including with proper cleaning oiling and greasing etc complete

Item No.12 Providing and fixing polyurethane coating on existing CI wheel of traction drive mechanism of CLF having 525 mm Id,40 mm width including dismantling the existing CI wheel from its position and refitting the same after duly repairing and recoating including transportation of CI wheel etc complete.

Item No.13 Replacement of 225 mm height X 175 mm width X 380 mm length plumber block of traction mechanism of CLF wheel including replacement of M-20 X 125 mm length nut bolts etc complete.

Item No.14 Repairs to stater panel including replacement of faulty MCB,DOL starter with all materials, labour transportation etc complete.

Item no.15 Dismantling of old damaged mechanical flash mixer and repairing and overhauling of flash mixing assembly including gear box and replacing damaged SS shaft, SS stirrer, SS fins, coupling, guide bush & bearing with balancing system including rewinding and repairing of motor, starter, control panel with all motor protection etc complete.

Item No.16 Removing doors and windows with frames and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Item No.17 Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Item No.18 Providing and laying telephone black / Amba White / Cadburybrown / Ruby red / Ocean Brown granite stone of 18 to 20 mm thick for door frame/ dado/ window boxing etc. On C.M. 1:6 including filling joints with polymer base filler nosing/moulding the sharp edges wherever necessary, curing, etc. complete.

Item No.19 Providing internal cement plaster 20mm. thick in Single coats in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Item No.20 Providing and fixing in required position skirting or dado of polished Kotah Stone slab 25 mm to 30 mm thick fixed on base on plaster of cement mortar 1:4 including cement float, filling joints with cement slurry, curing rubbing, polishing and cleaning complete.

Item No.21 Providing and applying white-wash in two coats on old / new plastered or masonry surfaces and asbestos cement sheets including scaffolding and preparing the surface by brushing and brooming down etc. complete.

Item No.22 Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to new surface in three coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.

Item no.23 Providing, fabricating and erecting Stainless steel (SS 304) specials, steel structural work with necessary requirement welding including welding rods including all kind of duties, loading, unloading and transportation etc.

Item no.24 Providing and fixing 50mm diameter and 1.5 mm thick vertical and top Stainless steel hand railing in S.S.304 Grade with Stainless steel square / circular pipe bracing of size 32 mm x32mm x1.5 mm in 3 rows including fabricating ,fixtures, errecting, necessary welding, grinding, finishing, buffing to stainless steel pipe etc. complete

Item No.25 Providing and laying vitrified stone effect finish tiles having size 590 to 605 mm x 590 to 605 mm of 8 to 10 mm thickness and confirming to IS. 15622-2006 (Group Bla) of approved make, shade and pattern for dado and skirting in required position fixed in 1:4 cement mortar including required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortarincluding neat cement float, filling joints, curign and cleaning etc. complete.

Item no.26 Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Item no.27 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Item No.28 Rebate for old dismantled scrap material. Minimum Rs.12000/- should be recovered from agency.
