SCH 'A' PART - I (BUILDING WORK B/R-II PORTION)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rough cast plaster on brick wall consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar (1:4) not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Formwork to chullah hoods, shelves, chajjas, troughs and similar items in flats including edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for repair to RCC ceiling, sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The Extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 10 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide for rough finished concrete surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement, including making construction joint at a interval not exceeding 3.00 m and at each corner and filled with sealing compound with grade A (normal) in 25/30, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) on vertical surfaces as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 to receive vertical tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm / 450x350x7mm thick including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Granite (of any Type) work table rubbed and polished 20 mm thick machine cut, in steps, jams, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 12-15mm thick green marble slab flooring including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab one side bullnosed etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Cost of Screed Bed will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for 12-15mm thick green marble in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and cement slurry including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 CM to receive kota stone and jointed rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Cost of cement plaster deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Rounding the edge of stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platforms, and the other simmilar situation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) exc 15 cm thickness but above ground floor, sunkan floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as in sunken portion walls and floor, mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement, finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’

Supplying only integral water proofing compound, mixed as per instruction given over it, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M.S. frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer. 19mm x 19mm M.S. square tube shall be covered with heat moulded prelam sheet 'C' channel made from 5mm (+ 0.25) thick PVC sheet of Density 600 kg/Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, of size 30mm thickness, 115mm width out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 degree angle on either side forming stiles, one of the 90 degree bend edge is cut from stiles as well as rails to nails from inner side of door to hide wiremesh fixing steel screws. 5mm (+25) thick 140mm wide PVC sheet out of which 125 mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be 90 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 155mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90 degree on both side to form lock rail. An additional 5mm (+25) thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive. Panel will be of GI/SS wire mesh of 24 gauge to be fitted inside area of stiles & rails. The wire mesh in top, bottoM&Lock rail is sealed with 15mm x 15mm tube with steel screw of size 13/6mm, 10mm (5mm x 2 nos) thick PVC strip of 25 mm width is to be stuck & nails on both side of G.I wire mesh interior at the top, bottoM&Lock rail. 10mm thick (5mm x 2nos) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top & bottom rail Door to be fixed to frame with 3 nos. M.S powder coated butt hinges size 100mmx25mmx2mm and 32mm long steel screw drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the M.S. tube. Other hardwares should be fixed with 19x6mm size steel screw etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated wih PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in three coats. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongation at break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Also, proper surface preparation along with covingat corners is must. Note: The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer only.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, buit in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for sub main surface wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm single core through concealed rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of suitable size (Not less than 25 mm dia) in wall and surface of ceiling including 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable for continuous earthing form main earth dolly including making good the disturbed potion of wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Two run of 4 Sqmm copper cable one run of 4 Sqmm copper cable and PVC conduit will be measured as a single length
