Charpoy GI pipe FD-220

Taking out existing U/S plastic/nylon niwar from the frame of charpoy GI pipe. Tightening each part of the entire frame of charpoy by using pipe wrench, S & F 02 Nos MS flat Iron of size 32mm x 5 mm duly painted in black colour of length equal to width of plywood/GI charpoy. Drilling holes 02 Nos each in long rails, 02 nos each in short rails & 01 nos on both flat iron at centre. S & F 12mm thick plywood commercial ISI marked MR grade made of wood and other lignocellulosic products conforming to IS-303 of size 1980mm x 900mm fixed over the GI pipe frame by fixing 3 components(i.e- ply ,flat iron and rail ) with GI carriage bolt, nut and washers 6mm dia 62 to 65mm long as directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.Make of plywood- Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply.

Removing existing U/S long rail of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F new long rail made out of 32 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe ISI marked confirming to IS-1239 threaded at both ends complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Make of plywood- TATA/ Jindal/ Prakash Surya.

M&L to making Short Rail from old U/S long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe including threading at both ends and fixing the same to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing

M&L to making leg from old U/S short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe including threading at one end and welding 4mm MS plate of dia 36mm at other end. complete all as specified and shown on drawing

Removing existing U/S/short lengthed old legs from the charpoy by unscrewing, S & F new legs 32 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe ISI marked confirming to IS-1239 threading at one end and welding 4mm MS plate of dia 36mm at other end. complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Make of plywood- TATA/Jindal/Prakash Surya.

Removing existing U/S Elbow of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F with new GI elbow three way 32 mm dia duly ISI marked complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing existing U/S Check Nuts of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F with new check nuts 32mm dia duly ISI marked of approved quality complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing existing U/S MS flat iron of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F New MS flat iron of size 900x40x4mm duly painted with two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer to be fixed over the long rails by drilling holes in flat iron and long rail by two nos of semi circular top of 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolts.

Removing existing U/S MS sheet toe and S/F new toe made from 4 mm thick MS sheet 36 mm dia be welded with running welding at the bottom of each legs & painted one coat with black paint as shown on drg. & Directed by GE/EIC.
