SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PSS TANK NEAR OLD EME PUMP HOUSE AND PROVN OF WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE FOR BLDG NO ST-12, OF 671 ARMY AVN SQN (R AND O) AT DINJAN MIL STN

Dismantling of unserviceable overhead pressed steel tank of any capacity consisting with 52 plate each of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 6mm thick including taking out existing structure grillage jointing bolts, nuts washers, etc from over head pressed steel water tank installed at 12 to 15 m height (from ground level) and all dismantled materials deposit to MES store yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of T&P and temporary staging/working platform as required for the above operation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.

S&F factory made SMC/GRP panel tank of size 5m x 5m x 2m with jointing materials etc as required to make the joints perfectly leak proof and testing for water tightness of the tank including modification of existing structure with New HDG (HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION) grillage,6 mm MS flat plate for platform surrounding the tank, MS railing surrounding the tank & MS stair case for SMC/GRP tank at height 12 to 15 mtr ( from grond level ) all modification of existing structure items requirements as per site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Quoted rate should included jointing materials and length, width and depth of items required for modification of existing structure etc as per OEM RECCOMANDATION). M&L for external steel surface of angles,channel or flat iron of staging SMC OH tank installed at height of 12 to 15 M height ( from grond level ) by complete two coats of sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including painting of structure, sluice valve and connected all pipe lines from tank to borewell as per colour coding as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Cost of Temporary structure/truss for painting is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted).

S&F Digital type water level indicator 150mm size digital display cable system including stem insertion for sensing the water level suitable for overhead water reservoir complete etc with suitable fixing arrangement and other accessories as per OEMs manual for and incl necessary PVC Sheathed / PVC Insulated copper cable 0.5 Sqmm 03 Core from sensor to display unit (incl PVC Conduit, flexible conduit, bends etc) with following specfications etc to be operated with 230Volts single phase AC supply including fixing arrangement in a weather proof enclosure with front view glasses etc, model DDS-6 of SECO make or equivalent alongwith a hooter for alert of overflow and drainout mode etc including taking down old unserviceable water level indicator deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Size of Upper Unit : Lenght 22" , Width- 8" and Height - 8" , Display Unit - 8 display in one panel , Panel Size - Length 40", Width-44" and Height-6".

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 100mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part -1):2004 with all fittings conforming to IS 1239(Part -2):2011 and fixtures complete laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846 (raising stem type) with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking up/down old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846 (raising stem type) with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking up/down old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 1020 mm X 1020 mm X 1020 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work (one and half brick thick) in CM 1:6 with 20 mm thick cement plaster internally and externally in two coats of (12 mm and 8 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel cover of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 riveted with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, frame welded to base plate of size 150 mm X 12 mm and made of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, base plate fixed with 200 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm mild steel washer, PCC benching 200 mm thick in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting existing steel tubing 100 mm bore and inserting of tee 100x100x100 incl packing, nut bolt,washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
