Demolition of brick work / stone masonary work bulit in cement mortar of any description as in pillars / walls etc complete all as directed.

Removing of salvage material / soil etc not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above starting point complete all as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness including textile coverings, bitumen felt on roofs removed or only a part thereof) complete all as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof / floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc complete all as directed.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre on old concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm average thick PCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B- 0 mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for roof treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing with WPC as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
