Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : HSR 10.37 10.37.1 25 mm thick

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. HSR 10.50 10.50.1 Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. HSR 10.57 Note: - (i) Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like: NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JOHNSON, RAK AND SIMPOLO (Sample of Tiles to be got approved from Engineer-in-charge). (ii) Tiles shall be fixed by using PVC spocess of required size and the space between tiles shall be filled up with cement based grout of approved make 7 colour. Nothing extra whall be paid for this.

Providing and fixing of P.V.C. sheet flexible type conforming to I.S.3462-1966 flooring plain coloured marble or mottled finish on a smooth damp proof base laid with adhesive recommended by manufacturer including pressing the sheet with a suitable tool to get a smooth surface all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 10.82 10.82.2 2.00 mm thick

Dismantling Sycamore wooden panelling (with sycamore wooden section, 6mm commercial ply, hard wood section and 25mm / 32 density glass wool) as per drawing and specifications. complete in all respect and disposal of waste mateial as directed by Engineer-in-charge any lead. (N.S.)
