Repairing to existing defective AMF panels of rated 500 KVA DG set located at CAIR i.e inter locking system, Auto switching ON /OFF Mains, DG control circuits, earth leakages in panel, cables, control wiring and all other connected accessories, calibrating phase sequence with source of supply for smooth Auto ON / OFF on failure and restoring of BESCOM supply without any trapping's in the substations switchgear, source of supply etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing to existing defective AMF panels of rated 320 KVA and 380 KVA DG set located at LRDE i.e inter locking system, Auto switching ON /OFF, Mains and DG control circuits, earth leakages in panel, cables, control wiring and all other connected accessories, calibrating phase sequence with source of supply etc for smooth Auto ON / OFF on failure and restoring of BESCOM supply without any trapping's in the substations switchgear, source of supply etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing to existing defective AMF panel of rated 200 KVA DG set located at LRDE i.e inter locking system, Auto switching ON /OFF, Mains and DG control circuits, earth leakages in panel, cables, control wiring and all other connected accessories, calibrating phase sequence with source of supply etc for smooth Auto ON / OFF on failure and restoring of BESCOM supply without any trapping's in the sub stations switchgear, source of supply etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing to existing defective AMF panel of rated 100 KVA DG set located at pump house No.3 i.e inter locking system, Auto switching ON /OFF, Mains and DG control circuits, earth leakages in panel, cables, control wiring and all other connected accessories, calibrating phase sequence with source of supply etc complete for smooth Auto ON / OFF on failure and restoring of BESCOM supply without any trapping's in the sub stations switchgear, source of supply etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out existing old / defective cables, laying of cables not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, using excavated soils, including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting DG set In and Out going cables, earthing strips, control cables etc, taking out existing DG set of capacity up to 82.5 KVA from present platform using Crane and special T&P as required and placing in same / other platform after carrying out repairs to platform, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Excavation & earth work required for taking out cables shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Demolition and dismantling of old/damaged concrete of any description near existing DG sets of any type located at various locations carefully, removing debris outside MD land, making good disturbed portions to match with the adjacent areas in all respects per site conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Concrete works will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates for foundation of DG sets below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for foundation of DG sets including necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cable cushioning with riddled earth soil conforming to IS-1255 in cable trenches / ducts for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness only will measured for payment..

Material and labour Sub-class 'B' well burnt bricks of old size 230 mm x 115 mm x 40 mm laid breadth wise along the length of cable in trenches for UG cable protection all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying only bricks removed from existing trenches ,of any size ,laid as cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable bricks obtained while taking out underground cables shall be re-used under this item.

Disconnecting cable both ends, tracing out fault with the help of megger and other tests as per site requirement, taking out existing old or burnt or defective LT Under Ground cables providing new cable of size 3½ core 35 to 50 Sq mm, from panels/duct /trench/loop etc near sub stations/DG sets etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note: i) Earth work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. ii) Retrieved serviceable bricks from site shall be properly stacked a side and reused as protection to U/G cable under relevant item of this schedule.
