Charges for cutting the BT surface to 5 to 7 cm depth using milling machine, conveying the milled waste materials to at least for 20 Km distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen items etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.50 kgs/10 sqm over the Prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat using Mechanical Bitumrn Sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with hydro static paver finisher with sensor controled to the required gradient and alignment to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, sensor controled hydro static paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) (as per IRC SB 098 ) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 30mm with hydro static paver finisher with sensor controled to the required gradient and alignment to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, sensor conroled hydro static paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.0 mm thick including reflective glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes all complete as per Technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge

Supply and fixing of reflective road studs as per IRC standards with single shanks beforespeed breaker on either sides at one and half meter intervals the spacing of road studs should be at required intervals with white and red colours Including cost and conveyance of all materials as per specification
