Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. Size 600x600 mm

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 200 x 300 mm, 100x200mm, 200x200mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Supplying and fixing of Japani sheet frames (Chowkat) consisting of 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick steel sheet of the specified section (standard design latest), including iron lugs (hold fasts) iron hinges conforming to PWD specifications including bolts for fixing steps, lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Doors and windows frame of size 118mm x 60mm with 40 mm wide single rebate weighing 3.43 kg per meter.
