Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated material for laying/ taking out pipe line in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and bases of UG sump and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings and similer works, for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, thickness of slab not exc 200 mm, complete all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) as in foundations, beams, bases for UG Sump complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) as in slabs and shelves supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs and landings etc, any thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,WPC shall be mixed with morter as directed, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound of approved make.

Materials and labour for applying three coats of white wash on new wall surface including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ball brass valves of size 20 mm bore high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down from any position existing CI/DI/GI water tubing 150 mm bore of any type and connections carefully including removal to E/M store yard or issued as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Excavation/earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule considered here-in-before.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe with spigot and socket end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000, suitable for push - on rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with portland cement and metallic zinc coationg and finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface of size 150 mm dia duly ISI marked including gaskets for fixing socket joint and other conneting acessories to laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe duoble flanged, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000, blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rising line of overhead tank, mortar lining. Internal metalic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating of size 150 mm dia duly ISI marked laid in trenches, wall , OH tank with the healp of clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in , road PCC or any other works required on site requirement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for taking out unserviceable IRP of capacity 10000 GPH located at near FHC and transpoting to workshop for its repairing and re-fixing at pump house No 18 completed all as specified and as directed. Note:- Prior to transporation of IRP, all types of gravels must be removed from the IRP, the rate for removal of media deemed to be included in the quotated rate.

Materials and labour for welding, fabrication and testing of broken part of IRP of capacity 10000 GPH with 10 mm thick MS plate bend to shape to match with existing shape and size including painting of IRP with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat red oxide primer after scraping out old paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for foundation of IRP as per existing OEM drawing and filling of four types of IRP media as per OEM guidelines complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Iron removal (IRP) cum pressure filteration plant of capacity 10000 gallon per hour (GPH) with pressure filter size 2000 mm dia and 1800 mm height, with catalytic media, oxidation chamber 1000 mm dia and 1200 mm height with filling of gravels and catalytic media, including RCC foundation for entire system as per OEM recommendations (foundation drawing). The complete layout for pipeline connection and including butterfly valves-04 Nos , pressure gauge-2 Nos, sampling cocks etc completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three phase monoblock centrifugal pump set if capacity 7.5 HP with 80mm/100mm, 3 phase 415V, 3000 RPM, material of construction for body and impeller cast Iron, stainless steel shaft with mechanical seal including foundation as per OEM drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PPR flange suitable for PPR pipes of having 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tank nipple for fixing rising pipeline to PVC tank including all fittings completed all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x1000mm (internal dimensions) complete with MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron) frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and locking arrangements, with handle duly painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black synthetic enmel paints including excvation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundation ,PCC benching 1:2;4 type B-1 ,PCC (1:5:8) block masonry 20 cm thick in cement mortor (1:6),10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 ,PCC bed in (1:3:6) and coping 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate including necessary formwork,painting one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminious black paint on all metalic surfaces as specified and as directed .
