Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S & F of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self m tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/ridges, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork masonary built in cement mortar including all quiens arches, pillars etc. but including concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick cement conc. Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , laid over & including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250mm x 7mm / 450 X 350 X 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering/screeding on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair for receiving tiles as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern 10 litres, valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia stop valve standard of PTMT any colour screwed,for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight 15mm - 90gms complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan orissa pattern long pan size 580 mm x 440 mm white with spun pipe ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including lead joint and CI spun branch piece , front or back inlet and foot rests excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe but incl. cement concrete bedding fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china white wash basins, angle back type of size 400mm x 400mm including brackets, cutting for and pinning the ends of brackets or erecting stands including 32mm bore dia waste coupling of PTMT ( Half or full threaded) ,(minimum weight 32 mm-45mm-60gms) with 32 mm High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6kgf/cm² fixed complete to walls in floors including S&F pillar taps, fancy type cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shank fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Bib tap(15 mm) standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm 125gms) complete all as specified and directed.
