Supply and fix non metallic rigid PVC junction boxes 1 to 4 way 32 mm dia, concealed in wall/ceilling for TV/Telephone cable all as specified and directed

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of vertical pack type units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, twin rotary compressor, three phase units 380V - 415V, 50 Hz of capacity 3.5 TR capacity of Non star rating complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Five pin plug & socket included in the quoted rate

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 240 Volt to 460 Volt with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L for LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 95 Sq mm, 3½ core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3.01 here in before but of size 70 sqmm

Supply and fix or laying in trenches / on wall / poles / structures in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing for cable protection of the sizes 80 mm dia including necessary suitable size MS flat fixing clamps, fixing screws complete all as directed.

S & F Perforatted cable Tray made out of GI Sheet of 14 SWG thickness and 40 to 50 mm depth hot dipped in various width sizes including accessories like couplar plate, nut bolts, washers clamps, wall bracket up/down elbows, bends tees equal distances on wall/floor/through wall crossing and making good the surface, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper strip of size 32x6 mm fixed to wall on insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing GI earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc.

M&L for Chemical earthing with one No of copper earth plate of size 900 x 600 x 5 mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 metre below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 2.40 metre deep below ground level including suitable quantity of backfill chemical compound for filling in each pit to cover earth electrode minimum 100 mm all around and electrode shall be jointed with the copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm by exhothermic weld complete with earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm and RCC cover for demarking the location of earth electrode location.

(Note :- (i) The quantity of Backfill compound and depth of earth pit can be increased by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The Contractor shall ensure that earth resisitance shall be less than 1 ohms on completion and testing. The testing of each earthing shall be carried out in presence of Engr-in-charge and test results shall be submitted duly signed by all concered while claiming payments.) (ii) Earth strip with protection pipe 50mm GI light grade upto 7.5 meter is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Provision to hold grounding rod of size 15 mm dia and 300 mm length tightly including cutting PCC and making covered chember. Note: (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of connecting the chember with earth strip and making surface good. (b) Earth strip will be paid and measured separately. (c) The holder should be made up of Brass/Copper. (d) Cover of the chember should be made up of MS plate not less than 10 mm thick and should have handle to lift.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing / PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PROVISION OF BOREWELL ALONG WITH MOTOR AND DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE AT HANSA VIHAR AT INS HANSA

Excavation in trenches laying of cables, poles and stay and type of hard/dence soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out.

Excavation in trencehs n. exc 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for founation etc for laying cables and n. exc 10 sqm on plain and getting out soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soil.

Removing excavated rock n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to under ground cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trencehs in road cutting/ hard rock and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for taking out old pipe/laying of new pipe including making good the disturbed surface of road with same finish to match the original finish all as specified.

M&L for Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Each trail of bore will be measured and paid)

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 525 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200 mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
