Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick works, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” [Except bricks] Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement sand mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Old Bricks shall be used obtained from serial Item No. 04 above.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM mortar in 1:4, complete all as specefied and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete [un-reinforced] in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness [below or above ground level] complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , as in foundation,filling & mass concrete as in sub base to floor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as floor or path, finished surface even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection with saucer drain complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slab/ chequered tile/ paver blocks of any desciption and any thickness in floors, or in wall laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L providing chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cm 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 80mm thick machine pressed pre-cast Interlocking tiles or paver block with grey cement glossy finished coloured , any shape and size conforming to IS: 15658-2006 of M-40 grade laid over & including 50mm thick bed of fine sand as cushioned over sub-base complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone slab (550x550mm) flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) bedding. Note:- Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting, tread and riser of steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:3) backing /beddingcoat including rubbing and polishing complete. Note:- Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 7 to 8 mm thick joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles ( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tile in vertical surface of size 450 mm x 300 x mm x 7-8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment over & including bedding layer or screed bed in 10 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
