Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stone work and precast concrete articles complete in walls all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks,exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 except stone complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Kerb stone/bond stone apex stone bed plate, watertroughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:4 complete in walls all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting holes in circular section for inserting 150mm dia rain water PVC pipe on vertical stone masonary wall of 400 to 600mm thickness by mechanical means complete in walls all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, floor etc as in repair directed

S&F 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete in walls etc as in repair all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified. M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:4 with on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete in walls all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for 2coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including a coat of primer and preparation of new surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered on wall and applying three coats of white wash complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new surfaces of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) appex Ultima over a coat of approved primer including preparation of new surfaces of wall complete in walls all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and any position including doors, gate,fencing,framed trusses etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates,and chequerd plate etc. including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel tubes making shape, cutting, bending, drilling to wall, floor & welding as in railing, gate etc with all fittings including dismantling existing steel tubes, etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall or in door, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section post embeded in concrete brick work,masonery etc including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground,all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut 5 to 10 mm dia and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed (Note:- MS nut bolts, round bars and flats etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items as supply only)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS in flat ,round or square bars in available length confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) including drilling holes notching for fixing nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified & directed,

Repair to existing chainlink fencing including strengthening, tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc or necessary welding, complete all as directed. (Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid seperately under respective Item above)

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as in repairs,all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Repair to existing galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining including strenthing,tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc. complete all as directed. (Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid seperately under respective Item above)

S&F concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia of approved make over MS angle brackets with barbed wire as in repairs, all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia including strenthing,tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc. complete all as directed. (Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid seperately under respective Item above)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coats of red oxide primer including prepration of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described etc. complete all as directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of any description not otherwise described steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any colour etc. complete all as directed.

All as per item No 37 above here in before but not exceeding 10 cm width or girth.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white washing etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down old louvers and jallies, all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set and jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over 15 mm thick screed bed in 1:6 including dismantling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block rubber moulded with gray cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 40mm thick sand cushion including dismantling the existing paver block etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old dumped junk/ building materials/ debris/ tree roots, trunk, & branches of any size etc. to a distance of 10Km or beyond, out of premises of metropolitan area, including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete in ground floors (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in foundation, manholes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0m depth in foundation, manholes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts,piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings,girders, bressumers, lintels beam,tie beam, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and rough finished, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inculding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto,as item No 64 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for coloumns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers,tie beam,lintels over 1.5m spancomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital/ stone finish wall tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm/ 600x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls as backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons incl granite slab in kitchen platform Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking plateform, widow sill, step, wall lining and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade granite over 15mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1.60mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
