Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Calcium Silicate Ceiling tiles (AEROLITE ceiling systems) Tiles having 15mm densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approved surface design and edge profile (TEGULAR/ SPINTONE) placed in a suspended grid of size of 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 1200 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600 x 600 mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 3000 mm x 0.40 mm thickness. Jointing shall be done with push fit EPDM ring jointing technique in general. Solvent cement joints may be provided for fittings and specials which are not manufactured with push fit rubber joints. Fixing at wall/ceiling level supported by galvanized steel clamps & hangers etc. Making proper connection and also pipes may be laid / fixed in sunken floors, under slung from ceiling. The pipes laid in sunken floor shall be encased with not less than 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) all around. The installation shall be complete in all respects including cutting chases / holes in walls, slabs and making good the same as per specifications. (All major MS structure such as clamps to secure the pipes on the wall and hold the stack is included in this item).

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 in super structure (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 brick aggregates 20 mm to 40 mm) for filling sunken floors of toilet bath & kitchen admixed with proprietary water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specifications and approved by Engineer-in-charge including fixing geotextile membrane wherever required, scaffolding, consolidation, finishing curing etc.
Supply & apply of two component liquid applied membrane with primer, as per technical specifications on roof, sunken slab , pedestals, etc. and areas as decided by the Engineer. The water proofing system shall be comprising of: • one coat of hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane/ hybrid polyurea compatible primer (Minimum DFT 75 microns) and, • Sand Broadcasting and, • two- component brush applied hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane/ hybrid polyurea membrane base coat having total average dry film thickness of 2000 microns (excluding primer and top coat, with no single value less than 1800 microns) • two component UV resistant Aliphatic Polyurethane top coat with average 200 Microns thick DFT ( with no single value lesser than 150 microns).Note: In congested area only as decided by the Engineer in writing, the base coat may be applied by brush. Supply and fixing in required shape of cover plate of 3mm thick aluminium plate of with chamfered edges before fixing the same the groove shall be filled using polysulphide caulking compound , including backing rod. Recovering undistrubed soil / rock samples from different strata in bore holes and / or trial pits, including capping, waxing, labelling, storing and dispatching to the laboratory as specified complete
