Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all types of soil other than soft and hard rock, dressing the sides of foundation, ramming of bottom etc. including shoring and dewatering (if necessary) and refilling with selected excavated earth in layers of not more than 500 mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated including disposing the surplus earth within a distance of 200 m and lift upto 1.5 m, all as per specifications including clearing Jungle, uprooting of vegetation, grass, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, in Soft Rock including shoring, dewatering if necessary, dressing the sides, ramming the bottom, refilling the sides etc. with available selected excavated earth in layers of not exceeding 500 mm in depth, each layer well rammed and consolidated disposal of surplus excavated material within a lead of 200 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials for all soils other than hard rock

Lead charges for 1st 1 KM or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. for all soils other than hard rock

Murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete (Murrum to be brought by contarctor) Note : a) The contractor’s quoted rate shall include the royalty as per the prevailing Government rates. Any increase in prevailing rate of Royalty shall be borne by the Contractor at no extra cost to the Owner, b) Only compacted volume will be measured and paid.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones With outside material as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using materials of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position formwork for all concrete structures in substructure including foundation, plinth beam, grade slab, columns, pedestal, raft, etc. at all levels below FFL, including, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, staging , supports etc, with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for any other fixture , including staging, access and working platforms etc. all complete as specified and directed including and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts / level / depths in substructure. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)
