Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base wall care putty on plastered surface of walls and making the surface even & smooth for receiving distemper/ paint of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 08 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified & directed.
