Servicing and complete Overhauling (Electrical & Mechanical), extensive service along with interfacing of Air Circuit Breaker with existing system including activities like opening, fault finding, servicing, overhauling , Cleaning & reassembly of all moving mechanism of ACB like closing circuit, tripping circuit, spring charging mechanism etc., Check the general condition of the device (accessory cover, trip unit, case cradle, connections), Repairing of ACBs, Cleaning and lubricating all mechanical linkages, Removing all covers and arc extinguishing shields and re-fix, Clean all covers and arc shields, Open/close device manually and electrically, Check the filters cleanliness and the attachment of the arc-chute, Checking/ rectification of auxiliary wiring, Trip unit testing, checking & rectification using test tool and check operation of contacts. Check/ rectification of ground fault protection function (Micro logic 6.0) and calibration of protection relay with secondary injection, operation of position contacts, (CE, CT, CD, EF), safety shutters, Cradle Locking, spring charging motor, indication contacts, (OF / PF / MCH), Re greasing of disconnecting contact clusters of Cradle Measuring of insulation resistance complete etc as required.

Note: MCCB will be fixed in existing panel, nothing will be paid extra for same in this account
