Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 10 sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 95 sqmm to 400 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of following sizes laid in trenches or fixed on walls/floor/pole complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 10 sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core

(b) 95 sqmm to 400 Sqmm 3.5/4 core

Supply and Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of the following sizes laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed :-

(a)10 Sq mm 4 core

(b)16 Sq mm 4 core

(c) 25 Sq mm 4 core

(d) 35 Sq mm 3.5 core

(e) 50 Sq mm 3.5 core

(f) 70 Sq mm 3.5 core

(g) 95 Sq mm 3.5 core

(h) 120 Sq mm 3.5 core

Supply & laying of best bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of old serviceable bricks as in cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable length of brick laid prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for sand coushioning with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cable in trenches for cable protection complete and filling the sand in cable duct inside the sub station building complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for sand used in cushioning to cable.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC/Black bitumin road of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B2 (using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate) for foundation of poles, panel board etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB of the following sizes on existing LT panel board including dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable MCCB from the LT panel board complete all as specified and as directed

(a) MCCB 4 pole , 630 amp rating of 36 KA, Make- legrand

(b) MCCB 4 pole , 400 amp rating of 36 KA Make- legrand

(c) MCCB 4 pole , 250 amp rating of 25 KA Make- legrand

(d) MCCB 4 pole , 200 amp rating of 25 KA Make- legrand

(e) MCCB 4 pole , 160 amp rating of 16 KA Make- legrand

(f) MCCB 4 pole , 125 amp rating of 16 KA Make- legrand

Supply and fixing On-load change over switch front handle operation for open execuction and fixed in existing LT panel 4 pole 415 volts of capacity including taking down old unserviceable change over switch complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 63 Amps

(b) 100 Amps

(c) 200 Amps

(d) 400 Amps

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair /replacement of damaged LT panel section of front/back/side /top and bottom portion of any size MS sheet with new of required size, thickness and fixing on existing LT panel board including necessary bracing/welding work and drilling works including necessary hinges and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Carryout day to day rectification of external electrifical complaints such as repair, reconnection and lightening of burnt/loose cable lead in MCCB/MCB of existing LT indoor/outdoor panels and bus bar with suitable size lug/thimbles, attending external electrical no supply complaints, jointing of traced out burnt cable with suitable size of jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) 01 x Electrician and 01 x helper will be detailed by the contractor for attending above complaints daily basis cost for which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule. (c) Electrician and helper so detailed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 0800 hrs morning to receive complaint slip from department and complaints shall be rectified within 08 hours. If contractor fails to detail above tradesmen, a panel recovery @ Rs 500.00 per day shall be made to the contractor and the same shall be recovered from RAR/final bill. (d) Repairing upto 04 points at different electrical system without any other material will be considered as one job.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubing 'light grade' of 100 mm bore for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing 'light grade' of 50 mm bore for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing 'light grade' of 40 mm bore for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for jointing kit suitable for LT 1100 volts cable (earthed) for out door straight through joint, heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 25 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 70 to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 185 to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core

M&L in repair for Copper bus bar with fixed on insulator welded with angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm thick grounting in floor, 450 mm depth grounting with PCC (size 450x450x300 mm)1:3:6 type C-1 using 40mm graded aggregate upto ground level and 600 mm high above GL complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 400 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos

(b) 200 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos

(c) 100 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos

M&L for synthetic insulating mat of size 2.00 m x 1.00 m x 10 mm thick in sub station building with necessary fixing accessories and arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 5mm thick (minimum) MS chequered plate of Fe-290 Gde E-165 and fixed in sub station building including making provision of lifting the plate from duct complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable unarmoured with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 2 core, 4 Sqmm

(b) 2 core, 6 Sqmm

(c) 2 core, 10 Sqmm

(d) 2 core, 16 Sqmm

Preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular poles of 9 mtr long including cross arms, cable protection pipe, bus bar box and painting of complete area with one coat of aluminium paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and making alternate strips/layers (30 cm wide) with white and blue synthetic enamel paint upto the 1.50 meter height from the ground level including writing the pole number in white letters on black background and cleaning/cutting the grass/bushes at a radius of 2 mtr surrounding the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of aluminium bus bar of any size or length and fixed on existing panel board including necessary drilling, bracing insulator and providing colour code sleeves on bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Triming/cutting of bushes or branches of tree of 4 mtr of surrounding panel, pole and installation of all sides and remove the materials to a distance not more than 50 mtr form the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of aluminium lugs for LT cable connection line suitable for system and fixed complete including taking down old unserviceable lugs and cables all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a)16 to 35 Sq mm

(b) 50 to 120 Sq mm

(c) 240 to 400 Sq mm

M & L Painting to existing LT Panels, angle iron support bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair cable route indicator made out of MS sheet of size 30cmx20cm of 4mm thick with writing HT/LT cable with MS angle iron frame and two Nos legs of 1.2 m long of size 25x25x5mm fixed in ground in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate, size15cmx15cm x15cm including painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of specified colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Weather Proof thermo plastic (Polysterene) Cable Junction box with 4 aluminium strip bar(25x3 mm) , having protection class IP-65 and of overall size 205mm x 255mm x 112mm having metric knockouts on the wall, having three phase cable connecter, duly fixed with the pole with clamp, GI bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polymide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10mm to 17mm (Complete with check nut) and including 1 No 30 Amps 4 Way cable connector and 1 No. 6 Amps SP MCB complete all as specified and directed.
