Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over area n exc 1.5m in depth for wall foundation etc or for shaft, well, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over area exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00 in depth for wall foundation etc or for shaft, well, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 6 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 25mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing CI/DI Pipe line of size 150mm/100mm/80mm dia for connecting GI pipe line of size 40mm bore including jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, ISI marked for 40mm bore pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Valve Pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 60cm built in brick masonry complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as shown on drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2.
