Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 X 30 KVA, 3-Phase + Neutal input and pure sine wave Three phase output (415 V AC, 50 Hz) double conversion UPS systems fully microprocessor based connected in parallel redundant load sharing mode, along with MS rack for housing the batteries with PMMA Sheets for protecting the Battery from Earth fault along with interconnection cable with PRS kit. It shall provide Zero transmission time from AC to battery mode and Inverter to bypass mode with complete accessories etc., as required, including interconnections and as per the direction on Engineer In - Charge. (Make : Numeric/Microtek/Emerson or any Global Brand).

The system consists of the following major components i) Solid state static PWM converters utilizing IGBT. ii) Solid state static PWM Inverters utilizing IGBT iii) Converter input, bypass input and system battery breaker/ contactor, inverter out put breaker/ contactor and static bypass switch with primary contactor, converter input and system input fuses etc. iv) Maintenance bypass utilizing wrap around contactor and compatible for Generator. v) The Multiple protections such as overload, short circuit, over temperature, Battery under voltage and over charge. vi). Smart LCD Alpha - Numeric display for real time monitoring. vii). Communication with computer can be realized by RS - 232 with corresponding monitoring software.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sealed high rate discharge maintenance free (12V/200AH/32 Nos. X 2) EXIDE/QUANTA Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery bank (VRLA) /SMF or equivalent for minimum 02 Hours back up time including Inter Connecting Uninyvin Cables.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 X 10 KVA, 3-Phase + Neutal input and pure sine wave single phase output (230 V AC, 50 Hz) double conversion UPS systems fully microprocessor based connected in parallel redundant load sharing mode with inbuilt isolation transformer at inverter side of UPS for providing uninterruptible power supply along with MS rack for housing the batteries with PMMA Sheets for protecting the Battery from Earth fault along with interconnection cable with PRS kit. Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and fixing 8 way (4 + 24), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
