Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position and of any description not otherwoise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete,thickness as specified to bring uniform slope in floors/roof slab and including over apply with brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/ sqm after cleaning of existing roof top surface with water etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof top surfaces in CM 1:3 with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for APP polymeric water proofing membrane 3.00kg per sqm min 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wooven fabric wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap and including vertical surfaces upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion, torch application over a tack coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over compitable primer at 0.40ltr/sqm including cleaning surfaces and finished with two coats of solar reflector Aluminium paint at 0.10 kg per sqm all as instructed manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement motar 1:6 all complete as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete stone walls/ceilings etc including raking out joints hacking for key crubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement all as specified and as directed.( Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping /benchings complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat primer all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 etc complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down and applying antifungal treatment as required and applying two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint over a coat primer and filling crack with crack seal or white cement or exterior wall care putty and including necessary scaffolding upto G+4 etc complete all as specified (The makes of exterior grade acrylic emulsion shall be : Asian paints "Apex Ultima", Nerolac paints ''Excel Anti Peel Emulsion'', ICI DUlux'' Weather shield Max / Ultra clean Emulsion'', Berger''Weather coat all Guard Emulsion'')

Material and labour for Ready Mix Micro concrete of 25 to 40mm thick consistency of Renderoc S2 or Renderoc RG of FOSROC in consistency a batch of 25kg of rendering mixed with water not exc 3.50 Ltrs and mixed with 1Kg of polymer acrylic fibers all as per manufacturers instructions and finished the surface even and smooth with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including erecting necessary scaffloding (UP to G+5 story) Note: The following stage (a) to (d) are including of materials and labour will be carried out:-

(a)Taking out existing unserviceable plaster loose/unsound weaken cement of any description and in any position from existing surface of RCC roof slab/beam/column /RCC facia/RCC chajja with power driver of pneumatic chisel after cleaning of concrete/plastered particles and removing corrosion and all loose scales rust etc from the visible reinforcement and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly

(b)Applying one or more coat of NITO ZINK primer of FOSROC or equivalent ZINK primer of HEMISTIC/WEBAC on visible reinforcement surface, several time prior to placing, the concrete substrates should be saturated with clean water, in case reinforcement is completely rusted then remove or cut to length

(c)After drying of water to applying bonding agent of modified styrene butadine emulsion (SBR bonding agent i.e Nito bond SBR Latex or Nito bond EP of FOSROC) in proportion 1 (Nito bond SBR Latex): 1 (water): 3(OP cement) by volume with the brushing etc bind New CM plaster / polymer Modified plaster / Concrete / Screed concrete with old surface.

(d)Providing fiber mesh jali fixed to existing RCC roof slab / beam / column / RCC chajja as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shapoe required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4 % conceneration ) of 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm deep. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good with cement concrete/mortar and finished the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of wall / floor with acrylic paint all as directed by EIC. etc sectional area exc 0.10 Sqm and not exc 0.20 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 110 mm dia bore PVC pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls,with stack clamps out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts every 1.5 mtr interval and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 75 mm dia bore PVC pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls,with stack clamps out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts every 1.5 mtr interval and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC bends with access doors complet all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC bends with access doors complet all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece (Single/double T) with access door, equal or unequal all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main columns or cross beams, rafters, purlins etc.. of specified angular/ tubular sections, fixed with angle cleats or connecting plates confirming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality B and upto height 10metre and including necessary scaffolding, as per detailed drawing direction by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacturer instruction and upto height 10 metre and including necessary scaffolding all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of polyurethane paint over a coat of polyurethane primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of debries or building material any discription obtained from demolition beyond the load included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the distance exceeding 1.5km but not exceeding 5 km, and depositing where directed by engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, in hard/dense soil, getting out, removing surplus soil to a distnace not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as foundation filling and mass concrete in drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted 10mm thick multiwall polycarbonate plain sheeting in required colour fixed with caoch screw/machine rivets including all washers/nut bolts etc including aluminium angle 25x25x2mm thick around frames of free or front edges and both sheets jointing with aluminium strip, top bottom section with rubber gasket of width 50mm for jointing/fixing of sheet as required complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out complete all as specified as directed

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base concrete to flooring/hardstanding, finished fair and even to receive top finishing concrete layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver glossy/lacquer finish paver blocks, any shape and size, 60 mm thick, M-35 grade confirming to IS-15658-2006, with grey cement and pigment, including 2mm thick rubber mould glossy/ lacquer finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick sand cushioning laid over sub-base for fixing interlocking pavers, complete all as specified and directed.
