Repairs to damaged concealed T grid of false ceiling in new Emergency OT by way of providing and fitting of new T grid ceiling channels of galvanised Steel/SS of 0.3 mm thickness . Job also includes providing, fitting of fastners, fixtures, hooks, nut and bolt along with grouting of fasteners, G.I wire for tying of Grid etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 24 swg sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanised steel sheets (GI) complete with all accessories, straight & smooth finished G.I flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts, all 90º elbow must be provided with double radius turning vanes, all rectangular duct taps should be made with shoe (45º) fittings i/c supports for hanging of ducts.The job also includes supply and fixing of external thermal insulation of 19 mm thick nitrile rubber on the duct before applying thin film of adhesive on the back of the insulating material sheet and then on the metal surface and sealing of joints with 75 mm wide aluminium tape and piercing of walls through which supply/return duct to be laid.

Shifting Cleaning, Testing of existing Old Air Handling Unit by using skilled manpower, tools and tackles, chain pulley block & safety items etc. The old AHU shall be shifted to the place identified by site Engineer. The job includes cleaning of surfaces and places by using shifting trolley.

Providing and fitting of Air fine filter of size 610x610x150 mm with aluminum die cast powder coated heavy duty hinges & nylon handles to be mounted directly on face of the AHU (return air side).

The tools and tackles and man-power required for the job and any other consumable (Nut bolts, gaskets etc ) shall be provided by the contractor.
