Supply of Calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite for the Installed dosing Calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite units at various locations

1.(a). The tenderer should be a manufacturer/supplier/authorized supplier having ISI certification as per IS11673: 1992 Part-II(sodium hypochlorite) who must have manufactured/supplied Sodium hypochlorite and calcium hypochlorite similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80 % (40% w.r.t MSME) of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years & 2 years for MSME. The Sodium hypochlorite should contain (12.5 % to 15%) Available chlorine and certified from Bureau of Indian standards as per IS 11673:1992(Part-II) and calcium hypochlorite should contain 65% to 70% of available chlorine content. (b). Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i)The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and (ii) The tenderer, as authorized representative/ as authorized from manufacturer, has supplied satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years (During the period from 2020-21 to 2024-25).

2.The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory Performance in Proforma under Section XII

3.The tenderer should possess an average annual financial turn-over of Rs.80.06 Lakhs (Rs.40.03 Lakhs for MSME in at least 3 financial years and 2 financial years w.r.t MSME during the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25)

4.Turnover certificate along with balance sheets are to be enclosed and certified by a Chartered Accountant for last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25).
