Out sourcing services on all working days (including Sunday/Holiday as and when required and as directed by the concerned JE E/M) of thermax type paralytic incinerator Gas fired type for burning highly combustible waste like papers, Wooden boxes rags etc having maximum moisture contents up to 25%. The capacity of incinerator 150-185 Kgs per hour complete with primary and secondary burning chambers, burners, combined combustion & educator air fan, educator mechanism, electrical control panel and other accessories like chimney, gas cascade/cylinder, MS ducting pipe line, operating valves, electric accessories, cables etc complete all as specified and directed. The installation to be operated in General shift (8 Hours per shift) as mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed:- Shift Duty (a) General Shift - 1000 Hrs to 1800 Hrs with One skilled operator Details of Plant/Machineries to be operated (a) Gas Fired Incinerator of Capacity 150 - 185 Kgs Per hrs.. Note:- For Item No 1 to 3 (i) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sr item Nos 1 to 3 (as based on minimum wages rates issued vide central/state) is Rs 19,70,000.00. If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sr item No 01 to 3 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Sr item No 1 to 3 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/Final bill whichever is earlier. However the FDR/recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work. Attention is further invited added that when the amount of said recovery mentioned herein above is less than the amount of performance security as indicated under Clause 02 on page 04 of CA and Clause 12 on page 11 of CA, no FDR is required to be submitted for quoting less rate against BOQ Srl Item Nos 01 to 03. However if the amount of performance security is less than the FDR to be submitted for less quoting rate, the difference of performance security amount and FDR amount(for less quoting rates) shall be deposited by the lowest bidder (whose tender is accepted) in the form of FDR for difference amount over and above performance security within 30 days from the date of Acceptance.

(ii) The Operator shall be ITI qualified in concerned trade or shall have minimum 05 years experience in operation of water supply Installation/fire fighting Installation/LPG or PNG fired Incinerator/Sewage Installation/Forced ventilation. (iii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification certificate of operator with in 15 days of acceptance. After that period a sum of Rs. 500/- per shift per installation shall be recovered. (iv) The staff deployed shall not leave the installation under any circumstances before handing over to Next shift duty operator otherwise penalty @ Rs. 500/- per shift per day shall be recovered from the contractor. (v) Contractor shall ensure attendance of all operators shift wise and Suitable Reliever to be provided during off shift operator if any operator found absent from duty a sum of Rs. 1000/- per shift shall be recovered. (vi) Contractor shall submit the payment proof i.e. passbook of bank account/Bank statement at the time of submission of RAR.

(vii) The payment of contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual and the proof of transaction and the contractor shall submit the same with bank account pass book of employees and own Bank account statement within 15 days of acceptance otherwise a recovery shall be made a sum of Rs 200/- per shift per employee from the contractor's dues. (viii) Police Verification of the employees shall be provided by the contractor. (ix) Contractor shall arrange their staff to run the installation in Saturday, Sunday/Public Holiday. (x) Sufficient T&P shall be arranged and kept in installation. (xi) Shift shall be of 08 hours starting from 0600 to 1400 hrs, 1400 to 2200 hrs and 2200 to 0600 hrs. (xii) Contractor shall be responsible for watch and ward of installation round the clock 24 hours. Any loss of damage to the plant equipment installed and Govt. property in the E/M installation premises shall be made good / born by the Contractor. Rate quoted by the Contractor shall deemed to be included on above Schedule. (xiii) All operator shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per shift shall be recovered. (xiv) The contractor shall provide of all the necessary stationery such as Attendance Register, Periodical Maintenance Register, log book etc to the operator for maintenance the plant running record. (xv) The periodical cleaning/ routine checking/testing shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient and smooth functioning of the installations. (xvi) All consumable items like grease, gland packing, nuts, bolts, washers and any other minor parts or any other related welding/grinding work required for smooth and noiseless functioning of installation deemed to be included in quoted rates.

(ii) Periodical maintenance is to be carried out for all machineries with connected network like suction/discharge lines, non return valves, butterfly/sluice valves, foot valves up to 300 mm bore, electric control panels with all controls etc all as directed by the Engr-in-charge or in charge JE E/M. (iii) All consumable items like grease, gland packing, nuts, bolts, washers and any other minor parts or any other related welding/grinding work required for smooth and noiseless functioning of installation. (iv) All T&P items required to carryout repair/servicing of the plant/machinery shall be provided by the contractor . (v) Repair/servicing works shall required to be carried in installations below ground level at sewage installation by the contractor. Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vi) Periodical maintenance of installations daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and early are required to be carried out as per PS.

Removal & disposal of ash and waste collected from plant room inside Cab Sectt and disposal to MCD low laying area by private vehicle complete all as directed. The vehicle shall be arranged by the contractor. Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for servicing of combustion fan blower of capacity 5 HP by disconnecting electrically, mechanically and taking down, opening, replacement of unserviceable ball bearing of existing make and model-02 Nos, cleaning from inside and out side, alignment of blower and fan, re-assembling, re-fixing at existing location, connecting electrically and mechanically and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
