S&F wind ties for roof including secuiring bolts as directed ,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of terracing tile/brick tile single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick tiles 40 mm thick with minimun flexural strength 1.5 N/sqmm set , joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed chemical (plastisizer) by weight of cement over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 ,ponding test shall be done after laying of tile complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 16 of above but except tile complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work,brick tiles laid in floors,surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to size 300mm x 15mm brick tiles, laid flat in pavings and roof in CM 1:3 including chemical (plastisizer using 3%) by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine,chisels etc ( direct use of hammer on RCC roof for demolition is strictly prohibeted) of concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in padding,coving , roof kerbs including haunching, benching etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of plastered roof surface by cleaning surface free from dust and other foreign materials etc and laying in repair Alatic poly propylene prolymer modified membrane pre fabricated 3mm thick with non woven polyster matt central core of 160 gms/sqm weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm laid over primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.40 lit/sqm by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller with overlap of 100 mm in longitidunal direction and 150 mm overlap in tranverse direction laid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed with and including the following :- (a) A coat of bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg per sqm (b) laying APP modified membrane described here-in -before with joints sealed with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per bag of cement and curved well before lying the membrane (c) Applying bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg per sqm

Taking down 110 mm dia rain water pipe, any pattern with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any lengthwith rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces applying ACC Gold cement or equivalent finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified directed.

S&F in repair HDPE triple layer ,white colour, rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 liters capacity all as specified in SSR Part- I including hoisted and fixed in position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes,securing access cover etc including GI nipple of suitable sizes and numbers including 20 mm dia ball valve high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod with high density plastic ball complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item no 40 of above but 1000 liters capacity tank

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 & n. exc 500 liter capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing inposition complete all as specified and directed .
