Taking down carefully copper/aluminium submain wiring of any size including conduit etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-main wiring with four single core 6 sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable in PVC conduit (concealed) including one run of 6 sqmm copper earth continuity wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 4 runs of 6 Sqmm & 1 run of 6 Sqmm cable and conduit shall be measured as single unit length.

S&F Sub-main wiring with two single core 4.00 sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable in PVC conduit (concealed) including one run of 4 sqmm copper earth continuity wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 runs of 4 Sqmm & 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable conduit shall be measured as single unit length.

S&F sheet metal enclosures DB's for MCB TPN 4 Way, 415 volts with 200 amps rated busbar double door, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement isolator TPN of capacity 63 Amps 415 V, breaking capacity 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F sheet metal enclosures MCB SPN, DB's 8 way 240 Volts, with 200 Amps rated busbar double glazed door for incorporating MCB's, IP-43, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SPN 40 to 63 amps rating 240 volts, 10KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp rating 240 voltts, 10KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for LED light fitting 2x16 watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A single pole 250 Volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with copper conductor cables FRLS in stove enamelled steel conduit for flame proof fiting for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm size PVC single core unsheated cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Materail & Labour for earthing complete with glavanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal gorund level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including GI wire 4.00mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized steel including GI pipe light grade of size of 15mm dia for protection and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC junction box of size 333x233x120mm (or nearest size) outdoor type with three phase and neutral, aluminium bus bar 25x4mm size and one MCB 6 Amps SP 10 KA including fixing with two nos flat iron 25x4mm clamps of suitable size with necessary mild steel nuts & bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old unserviceable street light any type complete with bracket, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old unserviceable LT cable of any type or size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth in soft/loose soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick in soil, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning 8cm before laying of cables and 15cm after laying of cables in ducts/trenches and punned down, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

M&L for brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size bricks laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured (Heavy duty), electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthwork and excavation shall be paid separately.

S&F XLPE insulated armoured (Heavy duty), electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthwork and excavation shall be paid separately.

S&F XLPE insulated armoured (Heavy duty), electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthwork and excavation shall be paid separately.

S&F XLPE insulated armoured (Heavy duty) electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthwork and excavation shall be paid separately.

S&F XLPE insulated armoured (Heavy duty) electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthwork and excavation shall be paid separately.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, galvanized steel including GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame PCC chamber, pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical palte No.3 connected to earthing test point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

M&L for point wiring (concealed) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories on the surface of walls/floors/ceilings and making good the disturbed surface, with and including sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal box 1.2 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick and 1.5 Sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The disturbed surfacesof wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good surface.

One 3 pin switch socket outlet 6 amp on same board.

One 3 pin switch socket outlet 5 amp on indepndent board.

All as per item No 29 but one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps independent with size of cable 4 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F socket outlet, flush type 2 in 1,3 pin, 6 Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano flush type single pole one way 6 Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F socket outlet flush type 2 in 1,3 pin, 6 and 16 Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10Wbulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 25 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for out door use, dust & vermin proof floor mounted made out of CRCA steel sheet of 3.15 mm thick and 2.00 mm thick other parts and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx6mm having front and rear hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB with spreader & extended rotary handle having hinges on one side and locating arrangements with screws type on other sides completely with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having electrolytic high conductivity insulated bus bar made out of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as ncluding necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from the ground level and white washing to platform specified and equipped with the following items. Note: Drawing and all materials viz MCB/MCCB/ instruments etc for LT panel shall be got approved by GE before fabrication. Rate for MCCBs, MCBs, instruments is included in unit rate of items :- Make of MCCB : Legrand/Siemens/Schneider/havells.

Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 50x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor copper strip 32x6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
